Our luxury apartment is located on the 3rd floor within the quiet PORTO FINO complex. From the terrace you have a stunning view of the 1200 berth Marina.
The apartment has been stylishly designed and furnished to a very high standard with no expense spared. The property is fully air-conditioned, modern and has everything needed for a perfect self-catering holiday.
Almerimar is one of Spain's best kept secrets, outstandingly beautiful and has a sub-tropical climate with an average of 320 days of sunshine a year.
The Resort is built around the harbour that hosts many Sea-food restaurants, Chinese, Italian an good Spanish cuisine. Cafe Bars, Tapas Bars all situated in lovely surroundings overlooking the harbour.
The resort is peaceful, relaxing and immaculately kept.
Golf is a great attraction in the area and Porto Fino Complex is situated a stone throw away from the 27 holes top class Golf Course designed by Gary Player. On a surface of approx 802,000 square metres, featuring several water holes and beautiful landscape and lakes that will challenge any experienced golfer.
The large secure swimming pool with lifeguard (summer) for the use of residents is on the 1st floor.
The apartment offers air conditioning and a cool ceiling fan. Marble flooring throughout. There is heating, luxury rugs for added warmth in the evenings throughout the winter months.
The apartment offers the most comfortable and relaxing interior/exterior furniture. DVD available.
There are 2 SATELLITE TV's with more than 500 CHANNELS of DIFFERENT countries; Belgium / France SAT/ TNT (all channels) / UK : BBC / Sky News etc. Germany / Austria /Switzerland /Spain / Sports & kids channels etc.

The master bedroom with it's own TV has a LARGE BED 160 x 190 with LUXURY bed linen, it contains a dressing with a lot of storage place for clothing, shoes and luggage. The dressing contains a FIXED SAFE.
Baby travelbed is possible upon request, to install and remove, & suitable sheets (at €25 per stay).

The luxury bathroom has a RAIN SHOWER & all towels are provided / included in the rental price.
A scale/balance is also available.
On the large terrace there are 2 comfortable lounge beds and a dining table. The terrace is partially covered and partially uncovered. There is also a sun canopy/toldo/marquise.
Also available: beach towels, ironing board, iron, clothes horse & pins, vacuum cleaner.
WIFI is a temporally FREE GIFT of the owner !
NOT to be used for downloading films or TV channels of there own country / You Tube or Netflix. If tenants consuming more than 50GB / or more than 25GB p. 2weeks / or more than 12GB (1 week) the extra cost will be charged.
The owner can see what tenants consumed during their stay.

They are always around to help with every kind of information. The native of the owners is Dutch but they also speak English, French, Spanish and German.

Across the street in the AR Golfhotel ***** there is a Spa Resort & fitness & Bike hire (also for non-gasts & payable).
Both the view of the apartment as well as how it was situated overlooking one of the marinas and the way the apartment was furnished was all beyond expectation!
Our hostess( the owner) was incredibly helpful. Only One whatsapp was necessary for her to call and telll us she would be over to assist with whatever we needed .
Having stayed in another apartment in the building some years ago we knew what we were getting in terms of the location, facilities and ease of access from Almeria airport from where we had organised a hire car.
Annie the owner met us there as agreed and showed us round and gave us a run down of the facilities available. She had certainly not missed out on anything and like the apartment everything in terms of fixtures and fittings was high quality.
Where it came into its own was the large south facing sun terrace which overlooked part of the marina. Nicely furnished it was a perfect place to chill out through the day and well into the evening. Due to the excellent weather we often ate our evening meals out on the terrace.
From a location point of view the golf course and marina are a one minute walk away and there is an excellent supermarket about 200 yards away. It is also worth noting that there is a very good tourist information office on the main road.
We couldn't fault the accommodation nor the excellent hospitality and help given by the owners. If you intend to play golf then it is worth speaking to Ivan, Annie's husband, who kindly introduced me to the local golf society who meet 3 times a week and which I got to play in.
Whether it is for a week or longer this apartment will not disappoint. Any return visit by us to Almerimar will involve trying to get this apartment again as I doubt there is a better one.

The photos do not do this property justice! It is just perfect! Inside the property was spotless with ample towels, all mod cons and even chairs to take to the beach! The terrace is sublime with a lovely sunny aspect all day. The property itself is situated very near (5 minute walk) to all amenities including restaurants, beach and supermarkets. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. My husband and I had a brilliant time and it felt just like home with the added bonus of the lovely hot sunny weather! The apartment is in a ideal position for all the local bars and amenities and as a brilliant view over the marina.The quality of the apartment is excellent. We always use self catering accommodation and this is the best we have stayed in.If we visit Almerimar again we would definitely use this apartment.
Beautiful apartment with great views of the marina and the sea from the sun terrace. Lots of good bars and restaurants nearby and beaches only a 5 minutes walk, and an excellent swimming pool in the complex. The apartment is immaculate with all necessary appliances.
