In the heart of Costa Adeje, this apartment de170m², spacious, bright and beautiful, is just about 200 meters from the beach and near major attractions and shopping areas of the city.

Ideal for 4 or 5 persons, fully equipped and nicely furnished, the apartment has two bedrooms with twin beds, a living room with a sofa and two recliners, fully equipped kitchen, large porch with private garden, two bathrooms complete in front of the complex.

The rental price includes, wifi connection, satellite TV, soap, towels, bedding and a map of the city. We also offer coffee, tea, sugar.

We will welcome you personally and advise you on the best places for sightseeing, have a drink, eat and leave.

Only a few meters from the beach, and close to major attractions and shopping areas of the city as well as numerous cafes, restaurants.

Appartment in the best of places

Ground floor apartment on the front line. Excellent position in the Costa Adeje area only 10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to La Caleta village. The appartment was exceptionally clean and included all amenataties you would need. Alberto is a lovely man and is always available if you require anything. He was there to meet us on arrival and arrived on time on our departure. Can recommend the appartment without any reservations,

you do'nt need a car (restaurant, commercial center , supermaret nearby)

you can take a bus if necessary for example to "la caleta" and this restaurants

Lovely apartment

Nice,spacious apartment -extremely clean -well equipped with all the essentials. Has the advantage of 2 bathrooms. Large terrace + lawned area with open aspect - even partial sea view. Very quiet complex - good pool. Made to feel very welcome by owner Alberto. Beware a deposit is requested on arrival. Apt is 20 mins walk to restaurants/shops at Fanabe (taxi 4/5 euros) altho 2/3 restaurants in vicinity. Would stay here again.

Spacious airy apartment in a great location

Just returned from 7 nights in El Dulce and really recommend this property. We have two young kids and it suited us perfectly. Firstly Alberto is a perfect host and all communication and info was great and easy and he made us feel very welcome. The property is better than the pictures - plenty of space and very comfortable, spotlessly clean and secure with both bedrooms and living room opening onto the terrace and small garden. Huge TV with several English channels, good WIFI, powerful shower over the tub, distant view of the sea, mini mart over the road and walking distance to El Dulce beach which we thought was easily the best in the area. Great restaurants are within strolling distance - ate at El Mirador overlooking the beach twice which is highly recommended. Also loved the village of La Caletta up the road which is more traditional and down to earth and has several great places to eat.

The pool in the complex is a few steps from the apartment and has a shallow area perfect for younger kids. Warm enough water even on cloudy days and a sun trap when the clouds pass.

Only potential downsides - although it didn't effect our stay - was dishwasher was broken but imagine that will be rectified and Tiggys bar down the road had cover bands playing a few nights a week but we found that more amusing than annoying and they were over by 11 or so but others might be more bothered by it. Just a very minor niggle in an otherwise perfect holiday.

Luxury Apartment that has everything you need.

We stayed in this apartment at end of March and found it to have everything that we needed.

The position was idea as it was well suited to most amenities, the weather helped as it was very hot and we were able to make good use of the extensive outside area. The apartment was vey clean and well furnished and we would recommend it without hesitation.
