Beautiful apartment very well decorated, down to the last detail to make guests feel at home. Located in the city center has a garage in a building with a typical architecture of the city, with two very quiet courtyards and quiet place to rest and visit the city without having to move the car. It has all the amenities to make your stay does not miss anything.

Just 2 minutes from the Plaza of the Incarnation also popularly known as "mushrooms" where you can enjoy lunch, dinner and drinks at a variety of restaurants and bars. Also in the same square is one of the most extensive markets and more fresh and top quality products.

A 5 minute walk we have the area of ​​the Alameda de Hercules also littered with restaurants and bars with terraces to enjoy the pleasant climate that this city offers. From our apartment you can walk to the shopping area par excellence of Sevilla which is also the hub of it.

All the tourist area Cathedral Giralda, Alcazar, file Indias, etc is a 15 minute walk. And Dueñas Palace just 30 seconds and virtually the opposite.

Our apartment meets all we can ask to visit Seville while to feel at home and to rest quietly.

The shower has a telephone and large blossom and transparent tempered glass partition and faucets around the bathroom are old style steel. It has WC and bidet.

  • Calme marriage 1,50X2 meters. Cupboard with sliding tempered glass doors. 4 large comfortable furniture drawers with flat screen TV facing the bed. Two nightstands in mahogany wood with two lamps that illuminate each side of the bed. The main lighting is alojena roof and graduates will in intensity to create a more intimate atmosphere. Access to the bathroom from the room itself.

Fabulous location

Roberto has done a fantastic job with this apartment. Furnished very well. Very safe and secure building. Location in the building is perfect, easy in and out. Located on a square with many dining options, specialty shops and pharmacy just steps away. No car is required here as everything is minutes away.

For the few days we stayed there we felt at home, visited the local barber, wine merchant, deli and produce market to stock up the apartment. This stay sealed the deal that we will return to Seville.

Great Location, well appointed apt!

As other reviews have written, a very nice quiet stay in the heart of lovely Sevilla. Well appointed apartment and very comfortable bed! Our only issue was upon arrival (after downloaded google map from listing on VRBO app, initially sent us to wrong location, unfortunately kept Alberto waiting) we arrived and told to pay a $24 garage parking fee. This was a surprise as it is was not in the listing, nor was it communicated to us before arriving. The only option offered by Alberto was to move the car somewhere else with no parking alternatives offered. So we paid the parking fee CASH at the door. Not a huge $$ amount, but "garage" should not be listed under Amenities without the fee info included.

Very nice apartment

This apartment is lovely, not only comfortable but also high quality. Living room is comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Bed is very good and the bathroom is great with a large shower. Building is nice, with an elevator for your bags.

Location is convenient walk to everywhere in the old town, in a more family oriented area. Host provides some nice little extras, water in the fridge, etc. and a NA electrical converter.
