Two bedroom-one bathroom, two store 'loft style' traditional & preserved house.

Listaros & Ksa Sou offer the ideal location for all year round relaxing holidays, for everyone who wishes to experience warm hospitality, culture & history, virgin nature and beaches, astonishing views and all smells and of South Crete's countryside.

Enjoy summer & winter holidays by the countryside in South Crete and in a cottage house dating back to 1900. The two floor property is caracterized traditional & preserved by the ministry of environement and built from wood & stone. It is a fine example of Cretan rural architecture, was entirely renovated and transformed into a holiday house offering its guests all conveniences that guarantying a relaxing and comfortable lodging. The guest house is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Listaros and for its renovation the basic construction materials of the area are used - wood and stone. The original plain cubic form was maintained in order to preserve the “character” of a typical cottage of the broader region and Listaros. At the same time, a lot of attention was paid to its equipment. The house is fully equipped with all necessary amenities and utensils and its first floor balcony offers a nice view to the village. Due to its caracterization and to luck of lighting it has an open plan 'loft style' construction and therefore its two floors offer no sound isolation.

Listaros lies at the edge of the western point of mount Asterousia. The village with the magnificent view offers the last passage from Mesara Plain to the Asterousia mountain and the south coast and Libyan sea. Records reveal that the village exists since 1577.
