A large, light and spacious apartment, which has recently been redecorated throughout, with a large secure garden area and gated direct access to the pools.

5 minutes walk to Javea Port, restaurants and beach bars and a short drive or 25 minute walk to Arenal beach. 15 minute walk to the Old Town.

*Additional guests sleep in the lounge on a queen size, deep and comfortable inflatable mattress.

About Kelly

My parents have owned the apartment since it was built, we have recently taken it over and redecorated this year. My name is Kelly, I am married to James and have 2 children, Rose 4 and Mally who is almost 2. We also have 2 dogs Tinker and Ace. We live near Beaconsfield in Bucks and spend most of our time running round after children and walking dogs!

Kelly purchased this apartment in 1999

Why Kelly chose Bahía de Jávea

We fell in love with Javea the first time we went to visit my parents place. That was before children and we loved all the bars and restaurants and the cool Ibiza vibe in some of the bars / beach club. Once we had the children we couldn't wait to take them there as it is so easy to walk everywhere, all the restaurants make children and buggies welcome and we all get to have a great holiday. The apartment is in an excellent location near the beaches, the port and even the Old Town is only 15 mins walk away. We love that we now have the opportunity to make Javea part of our children's childhood memories.

What makes this apartment unique

The outdoor space is great, the kids scooter around it and have space to run, but nice and safely away from the pool which is gated direct from our garden, which then makes its easy to pull the loungers straight out to the pool too. As the kids get older we will be able to sit on the Terrace and watch them play in the pool from the comfort of our own veranda.

The other people using the pool are always so friendly, often spanish, although a lot of the time we have the pool all to ourselves.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Just returned from Javea. Have been numerous times before and stayed in several different locations. This apartment was lovely and situated in a great location between the port and the Arenal beach. Very close to all amenities and only 100 yards from the seafront. Nicely furnished apartment with patio and sun terrace. Direct pool access via private gate with lovely pool area and gardens. Great communication from owners and highly recommended.

A lovely, well kept apartment close to the beach.

A really lovely apartment with spacious bedrooms and living room. The apartment is nicely decorated throughout, very clean and well equipped throughout (in the kitchen, baby equipment, beach toys/chairs etc). The outside space was great for the kids and we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the private patio, which we made good use of during our stay. It is a five minute walk to the nearest (stony) beach, 6-7 minutes to the port (with bars and restaurants) and a brisk 20 minute walk to the Arenal (sandy beach), which is very family friendly with lots of bars and restaurants close to the beach, where the children can play safely while mum and dad watch from a nearby restaurant!

Kelly was very helpful answering questions before we arrived and also during our stay. The provisions supplied in the kitchen upon arrival was a nice, welcoming touch.

I would recommend this apartment, and we would definitely consider rebooking with Kelly.
