A lovely bijou apartment - Don't be fooled by the outside
Patri was very helpful and recommended great places to go .Casa Montana restaurant was fantastic.Cabanyal is a maritime district -near the beach and has a strong local identity. We were greeted with horchata and fartons (2 Valencia delicacies).The location is great with metro and bus stops for the city right outside the door.If I visit Valencia again I'd definitely stay here again.Thanks Patri
Lovely Apartment
We have just returned from a lovely week in Valencia. The Penthouse apartment was lovely, large bright living room, and good sized bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was also large and bright with a large shower. Patri the owner has it in lovely condition.
Now for the roomy verandah it was really something, catching the sun in the afternoon even in February.
The only downside was the amount of stairs to climb, however once you are at the top and open the door into the apartment all is forgiven.
was a bit of a struggle to say the least for couple of old Codgers like us over 70. no problem for younger ones.
Thank you Patri were great with the information like telling us to catch the No.19 right across the road to Valencia Centre and the 10-15 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and Restaurants
appartement agréable très lumineux
Tout était prêt à notre arrivée, le lit bébé et le matelas gonflable pour ma fille de 4 ans qui voulait absolument dormir avec nous. L appartement était impeccable et nous avons été reçus par Roger qui nous avait apporté une horchata ( spécialité locale) et des fartons.
Super séjour à Valence avec les processions de Pâques qui sont incroyables et qui passent dans la rue où est située l'appartement. Je recommande les yeux fermés
Schöne, helle Wohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und toller Lage
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, lichtdurchflutet und charmant eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr um uns bemüht und uns auch viele Tipps rund um unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Mehrere Buslinien fahren direkt vor der Haustür in Richtung Innenstadt. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!

On the promenade you can rent bicycles for pleasant walks next to the beach and the city through its bike path that connects to the city center.
