The PET FEE is $125 - a maximum of 1 small dog 25 LBS and must be approved by the owner. No central AC.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AC UNITS IN EACH BEDROOM JUNE-SEPTEMBER.

Venice Beach apartment
Really enjoyed the spacious feel of the apartment. Great location, comfy beds and off street parking add to the wow factor. Some amazing restaurants nearby OSPI being our favourite! Thanks for a perfect stay!

Great Beach Location
5 day stay in August. Place was a perfect beach location, with venice beach sidewalk on doorstep but was quite residential street. Washington Blvd with shops and restaurants 5 min walk. Hired biked from Washington Blvd bike rental as well and enjoyed a morning run to Santa Monica Pier along the promenade, its about 8k there and back. Apartment is as described with everything you need. Nice to sit out on the rooftop terrace in the evening. We had an issue with coffee maker but contacted Don and he replaced it immediately. Owner also refunded security deposit straight away. I would highly recommend this property for anybody looking to stay in the Venice beach area. The only negative with our stay was the LA traffic which was horrendous but i would recommend use of Uber taxis, we used them a lot and found them cheap and convenient.

Very large and well equipped suite, although we could have used more than one kitchen towel. It’s dated, but adequate for what we needed and the location was great for walking the beach and canals.
