Villa is located just 100 meters from the sea and beaches and offers comfortable luxury accommodation, where you will spend your ideal, unforgettable vacation. Villa consists of 3 floors and an attic, has 5 bedrooms and is ideal to accommodate 10 persons.
- On the ground floor: There are two studio apartments each for 2 people. Each Studio has a double bed 160*200, a kitchen, a spacious bathroom with bath, shared terrace with table and chairs overlooking the park.
- On the 1st floor: Living room has got a large balcony overlooking the park and sea, where guests have a furniture for relaxing and dining. Dining room has a large table for 10 people, fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom with washing machine close to the kitchen.
- On the 2nd floor: There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds 90 * 200 and sofa bad for 2 persons, a terrace overlooking the pool and bathroom with tub. The Master bedroom has queen-size bed 180 *200, a large balcony overlooking the park and the sea, equipped with furniture for relaxation and a bathroom with shower.
- In the attic: The bedroom has got a double bed 140*200. The balcony is not large and overlooking of terrace with swimming pool. The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet.
The pool of Villa Zlata has an area with a Jacuzzi and geyser. Evening pool lights shimmer in different colors. Plateau around the pool is equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs 5 pc.
Park with children's playground is located near the villa. Supermarket with a good selection of food is only 800 meters from the villa and small store is far about 100 m. The Old town is far from the villa about 10 km. The beautiful small city of Cavtat is far from villa about 8 km.

Fantastic holiday

As a large family the accommodation met all our needs, however the lower apartments are very basic and small. There are a significant number of steps. To the villa and down to the sea . Which is great fitness training if you are fit and well. Not suitable for the disabled or restricted. The sea , activities and food second to none. Beautiful part of Croatia xx

Beautiful, convenient property close to the ocean

We loved our stay at Villa Zlata! I stayed with my husband and his family; there were 6 of us total. The Villa is beautiful with plenty of space and many bathrooms. The property is clean and well-kept with a lovely kitchen (and an outdoor fireplace/grill out back!). There is a view of the ocean from the porches and the water is only a 5-minute walk away. There are several beaches to choose from and the local village of Mlini is just down the road. There are many great restaurants in Mlini and a spot to catch the water taxi to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. There are several small markets nearby and a large grocery store within walking distance. A second village (Srebreno) is also nearby with beaches and a few restaurants. We loved staying near Dubrovnik, but outside of the busy city. It was great to stay in a quiet village but also be able to walk to restaurants and beaches. It was the perfect spot for us. The hosts were very helpful and approachable; they were easy to communicate with and were happy to answer all my questions. In short, we loved our stay and would highly recommend Villa Zlata!
