Beautiful spacious top floor apartment close to all local amenities. The apartment boasts a spacious living/dining room with direct access to the outside terrace. It has a spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen. The apartment has 2 Large bedroom the master with en-suite bathroom. The apartment has conducted air-conditioning heat/cold throughout. Free internet access WIFI.

The apartment also has a very large solarium with views over the nearby salt lakes. The community is very friendly en well maintained has a big swimming pool with an infant pool. 1 parking space is available on the community for our guests.

The property is located in Ciudad Quesada which offers a huge choice of bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets, Luxury spa hotel, An 18 hole golf course with driving range and even an aquapark! All this is just 10 minutes from some of the best Blue flag beaches on the Costa Blanca. Both Alicante and Murcia airports are within 45 minutes drive Approx 38 km.

A pleasant holiday in June

The apartment was immaculately clean and well presented. The owner, Djimmy, who met us on arrival was extremely pleasant and helpful giving us plenty of information about the local area.

The whole complex was well maintained and was within very easy walking distance to a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The main street in Quesada was a little over a mile away with a much wider variety of bars and restaurants.

Great place to relax and enjoy the town apartment clean and tidy with everything we needed, owners helpful and kind would use again no problem very well priced to and location quiet just what we wanted
