Charming finca sun-drenched South of Spain and surrounded by nature. In the midst of citrus groves we find this villa built with rustic and contemporary touches, where you can enjoy a family holiday.
The house has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with double bed, wardrobe and TV, 1 bathroom which has sink, a comfortable and accessible shower, a toilet and a bidet, a fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and plenty of kitchen utensils), a cozy living room with sofa, chair, TV and a large dining table. Also in the plot of the house you will find a beautiful garden with swimming pool and auxiliary building with barbecue, bathroom, laundry room and sports court.

The environment will charm you and not want to leave! In Murcia you will find great variety of activities to do. If you like mountain sports, hiking, trekking, cycling, housing is only 10 km from the beautiful Sierra de Carrascoy and Sierra Espuña, two natural places where you can enjoy outdoor flora and fauna of Murcia.
If you prefer the city to the mountain, the house is about 30 km from the city of Murcia, where you can stroll through the historic streets and enjoy its wonderful gastronomy and can go shopping in the streets or in one of its multiple shopping centers. Also, if you fancy come visit us at any of the festivities of the city and be cheerful spring festivals or on the wonderful Easter.
The ancient port city of Cartagena is only 65 km (45 mins by car). In this beautiful city you can enjoy visiting numerous Roman, such as an amphitheater ruins.
Archena spa with natural hot springs where you can relax and enjoy great massages is located only 40 km (30mins drive).
If you want to enjoy the beaches of our region it is just 25 km from the beaches of Mazarron and La Manga.

We have just come to the end of our stay in Librilla, it was wonderful, the house is beautiful and Tomas and Marina were the perfect hosts, we will certainly return here again, peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, the best pool yet compared to other villas we have stayed in, we love Murcia

Séjour merveilleux !

Très belle villa, très spacieuse. Le propriétaire est très gentil et nous a accueillis de manière très chaleureuse. La piscine est bien grande et le jardin magnifique. Le cadre est très agréable avec les vergers d’agrumes.

Maybe the best holiday ever

This is truly a sort of private mini resort. Excellent hosts. Fantastic pool and wonderful surroundings/garden, outside kitchen and dining facilties - much better than described in the ad. The house itself was also excellent but the last week whem the extreme hot air arrived to the area we found it difficult to sleep in the night. There is aircon in the livingroom/kitchen but none in the 3 bedrooms. In the 2 bedrooms there is a fan in the ceiling which was ok in the first week. We bought a portable fan to the third bedroom. We recommand that aircon is installed in all 3 bedrooms - that will sure make us consider to come back. Nevertheless - all in all maybe our best holiday ever. Big thumbs up to Tomas and his wife - everything was taken care of. We highly recommand this residence.

Fabuloso

Han sido unos días fabulosos, en los cuales hemos desconectado completamente de todo; la casa fabulosa tiene de todo; y la zona de la piscina ha sido fantástica para los críos y el tener cerca otra cocina, es maravilloso para poder estar vigilando a los crios. A pesar de estar aislada te permite acceder en vehículo de manera muy rápida a comercios y a los pueblos cercanos. El dueño muy atento y especial, dar las gracias a Alfonso que se ha sido un auténtico amor con los críos y los tenía encantados detrás de él todo el día. Si podemos el año que vienen volveremos sin pensarlo
