Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with pool and spectacular sea views

Villa Aspro is close to the fishing village of Ancient Epidavros with its picturesque harbour and traditional Greek tavernas. A safe beach is 300 m down the hill. This area, of the Peloponnese, has many ancient sites and beautiful towns - the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, Mycenae, Nafplio, Argos and Corinth. This Greek villa is set in a quiet location with Olive groves to the front and rear.
Villa Aspro is a spacious villa has marble floors throughout. On the ground floor the hall, dining area, kitchen and living area are open plan with large patio doors onto a spacious balcony with magnificent views across the sea. The kitchen has a full oven with ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Also on this floor is a bedroom and large bathroom. A marble staircase leads to two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and French doors to a large balcony with sea views.On the upper terrace is a swimming pool and patio.

A great week in Epidavros

This is a great villa with spectacular and compelling views. Lots of space with multiple bathrooms and a lovely pool which we used extensively. We enjoyed the local food and there are plenty of very reasonable restaurants and bars. We appreciated Stewart's help throughout the week of our holiday - especially when we arrived as we were very late! The welcome package of essential food and drink was also a lovely touch.

Quiet location

Lovely villa with spectacular views. Stewart was very helpful suggesting places of interest to visit and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Excellent property in beautiful location

We were a group of 5 adults . We had plenty of space and the house had huge balconies overlooking the bay which were great to sit on for meals and see the bay. The beach was a 10 minute walk ( down quite a steep hill but we had no problems ). You could also easily drive and park at the beach too for free. The beach was narrow but excellent with free sun loungers and beach cafes. We saw turtles whilst snorkelling. The ancient amphitheatre was a good visit and not far. Nafplio was also a good visit with the fortress and a very pretty town. Stewart was very welcoming and helpful if we needed anything. The pool was very welcome and we used it a lot . The photo looks as if the pool is by a road, but actually it's only the driveway and above it there are only olive trees on a hill so it's very private except for next door.

Perched on a hillside, providing stunning views of the glorious Epidavros bay!

The rental process was straightforward and our queries were answered very swiftly. Our arrival was extremely late, but the owner kindly stayed up to greet us and show us round the property. The large terrace off the lounge area was perfect for eating lunch under the shade of the parasol, an early evening drink and just to sit entranced by the beautiful setting of the property. We enjoyed shady breakfasts by the pool at the back of the property, followed by sunbathing and family ball games cooling off in the pool. Afternoons involved a short walk down the narrow, fairly steep road to a lovely , quiet beach. There was always natural shade available by the afternoon for those who needed it. The water was clear and fun for snorkeling and cooling off. Evenings were spent eating out in Epidavros, where we mostly favoured the waterside restaurants, Mike's in particular. Argous was another favourite taverna just a few minutes from the sea. Loved our stay here and are keen to return.

Excellent location

This is a very nice spot with a lovely view and plenty of space and the property owner equipped the fridge very generously for our arrival. A few improvements would make it perfect: our arrival was hampered by the previous tenants staying on into the afternoon. When we arrived at the agreed time the cleaning process wasn't over and so we weren't adequately provided with things like sheets and towels until the next day. This situation could have been avoided if there had been a few more duplicate sets of linen. Also all the warm and hot water had been used up. Even lukewarm water would have been okay but none of that either. On subsequent days there was plenty however. In general Stewart and Frederica were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much, we had a lovely holiday.
