This is a charming and cosy newly and fully refurbished 2 floored old fisherman house (casa mata). All amenities are included, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwaves, induction cook, spacious fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine with everything you need to prepare a nice dinner and breakfast - hand blender, orange juicer ect), free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in both floors, washing machine, Smart TV and lcd tv, etc. The house has two floors and two bathrooms, the ground floor includes a living room, kitchen and bathroom; 1st floor includes a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The house can host up to 4 adults and a child.

a nice wee place to stay for a few weeks or more.

Modern,clean, with good communication between owner. The location is good for town center,taxis,train,bus and the A7 motorway, the Beautiful La Cruihuela beach is a short taxi ride away, you could walk it but it would take you 20 mins and there is a very steep climb on the way back. The house had everything I needed and more, Ideal for a couple I would say. You can park very close to the house but it is not always possible.

Owner's Response: Many thanks for your review Allan, much appreciated. Just one clarification about your point about getting to La Carihuela though. You are completely right about how to get there, however it is worth mentioning that if you love that beach I would advise booking an apartment closer to it? Torremolinos main beach "El bajondillo" is 10 minutes walk from the house, as welll as a fantastic beach and accesible through lifts :)

A Wee Gem

No complaints whatsoever. This really is as the description. Only a 10 minute stroll from the train station and has everything you could possibly want within 5 minutes walk including a tapas bar (about 20 seconds away). The house itself was very clean and was fitted out to a high standard, never used the cooker, microwave or washing machine but they were there if required. Neighbours were all fine and seemed to enjoy having holidaymakers in their midst. Would we return again? YES but maybe not in high season if a pool was needed. Thank you Gregorio (and Juanma, the keyholder).

Koselig hus i sentrum

Meget lite hus over 2 etasjer med bad i hver etasje. Her kunne man med fordel ha brukt det ene badet til vaskerom. Ingen mulighet for å henge fra seg håndklær oa på badene. Etter klesvask måtte man tørke klærne inne. Ikke gunstig. Kjøkkendelen altfor stor for en så liten leilighet, men dog veldig godt utstyrt. Savnet en liten uteplass. Bilene kjørte forbi inngangsdøren og parkerte rett utenfor. Bra det var i en rolig gate. Dårlig løsning med sofaseng i 1. etg. Den var altfor lav!!! Ingen gode stoler til å slappe av i, så komforten var ikke god. Vil nok ikke velge denne leiligheten en annen gang.

Süsses Kleines Haus mit viel Charme

Das Haus ist zwar klein aber fein und bietet doch genug Platz für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Weiterhin ist die Lage schön Ruhig und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe, sowie tolle Tapas Bars, Resturants ect.

Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit dort :-)
