This wonderful 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a top new building on the edge of Corallejo´s historical center. The property is in a lively area with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and typical shops. The city center is 2 minutes walking distance. In 5 minutes you can reach two beaches and the marina/port. Enjoy a breath-taking Lobos island view from the swimming pool-equipped roof terrace & the balcony.

You will love this place in all its aspects. Everything is at your reach.

DESCRIPTION:

Bigia´s House is a 2 bedroom apartment with a big kitchen / living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom and a big balcony. Swimming pool (temporary not working) is situated on the roof terrace. The apartment is fully equipped with high-speed WiFi, flat screen TV, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, laundry machine, hair drier, iron and iron board, bed sheets, terry/towels, duvets (up to 6 guests).

We love what we are doing and we put loads of efforts to keep the flat clean and fresh for every guest. We often renew and upgrade the interior and equipment to match the high quality demands.

A free parking area is just in front of the building and the bus terminal less than 1 minute walking.

The flat has been just refurbished with brand new beds and sofa!

Guests can access the whole apartment, the balcony and the spectacular roof terrace with swimming pool (temporary not working).

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

Our in loco management team will be fully available to assist you in any operations form check-in to check-out or any further request. They will supply you with all info you might need about the flat, flat equipment and also tips about restaurants, clubs, places to visit and excursions.

Check in info: the managing team will be greeting every guest at a specific meeting point. Usually this is their office in the center of Corralejo. Ad och arrangement can be set up.

An emergency number will be available to have a full assistance if any emergency occurs.

BOOKING RULES:

Cleaning and laundry fees are set for 7 days and 4 guests. For any period over 7 days we apply a charge of 20 euros every week; and any group over 4 people we apply a charge of 10 euros per week for the 5th and the 6th person.

This cost will be added to the quote we send after booking.

THE NEIGHBOROUGH

Karina’s home is located in Corralejo, Canarias, Spain.

Casa Bigia is on one of the most exclusive and well looked after building in Corallejo. Neighbors are mostly workers and families which are rarely home, so there is a quiet vibe. The swimming pool and the roof terrace are empty most of the time, creating the best spot to have some sunshine in complete privacy and with a spectacular view.

GETTING AROUND:

Around the apartment there is everything you need: few super-markets, fruit shops, bakeries, coffee shops, patisserie, typical restaurants, etc... The main street and main square are literally within 3 minutes walking distance. All of the most famous restaurants and bars are in this area.

If you are looking to do some sport like surfing, few schools are in the marina area, just 5 minute down to the main road.

If you like to relax on sandy beaches, the most attractive destinations are The Dunas. Those are sandy long beaches considered the ultimate destination for all tourists and surfers.

From Corralejo you can reach loads of other destinations. By boat you can reach Lanzarote or the Lobos Islands. By car you can have a fun trip to El Cotillo or to Costa Calma / Caletta De Fuste or a bit more south to Morro Jable. The inside of the islands is very beautiful, I recommend to visit it and maybe stop at one of the Aloe Vera factories. If you like do do some shopping the best city is Puerto Del Rosario.

IMPORTANT RULES: 1) Rubbish: due to local laws rubbish has to be thrown only after 8pm and before 8am. Who leaves the rubbish in the flat after check-out will be charged 75€. 2) Late check-out: check out after 10:30am are allowed in some occasions and only if requested to the managing team at least 24h before. Luggage can be stored at the property management office. When it is possible, we allow to keep the flat till evening prior payment of an extra night (price will depend on the season). Non-agreed late check out will be charged 60€.
