our apartment is completely renovated and equipped for a comfortable stay, it is located in the historic center of Rome (Rione Monti) near the Roma Termini railway station. The apartment is in Via Torino 150, where it connects via Nazionale with the Basilica of St. Maria Maggiore. just minutes away from Termini Station. From there you can take public transportation can take you virtually all the major places of the city of Rome, as well as car rental and Taxi. We provide our House Aida, our experience and our knowledge to all who want to come to Rome to admire the architectural, artistic and gastronomic why not the "Eternal City" ...
In addition, the 'whole area is a destination for all those who love the nightlife in fact, the neighborhood is full of bars of all kinds (wine bars, pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, gourmet shops) some very famous.

Modern apartment in great location
We stayed 4 days at this lovely apartment. It was easy to communicate with our host via WhatsApp and email. Our host met us outside the apartment and gave us a tour of how the washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher worked.
Our host had complimentary water, orange juice, cookies and bread for our stay which was a nice touch.
Wifi is fast and lots of channels on the tv.
The apartment has a master bedroom with a single sleeper couch and a bassinet, a kitchen/living room with another full size sleeper couch. Can easily sleep a family of 5 adults and 1 baby.
Very modern and having a/c was a plus. There is a lavazza coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee pods which came in handy daily.
No dryer for clothes but that's standard in Europe. There was drying rack available and everything usually dried overnight. Soap to wash clothes was included with the apartment.
It's a 5min walk to the Termini station which is great to get to the airport and also to take the train to all the tourist attractions. But at the same time it's far enough from the train station to not be super loud and busy.
There are government buildings around it so at nighttime it was very calm and quiet and no problem getting a good nights sleep. But still close enough to a quick walk to the main streets for all the excitement.
