Perfect Choice

Great best thing about this apartment is the location. We walked nearly everywhere from here. Alsonthe view from thenqindow with the Christmas Market and Notre Dame in the background was lovely to come back too. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed in a compact way. Kitchen basic for lunch or breakfast. Who eats in whilst in Paris with Loads of lovely restaurants locally and beyond. The apartment block smells a little musty and damp when you first go in and you may think oh no, but once you are inside it's lovely. Not 5 star quality but tastefully done and feels very French. I would definitely consider staying there again and definitely recommend to friends. The communication was excellent and support during Covid and cancellation. We were met by the owners grandson (He was lovely and charming) after a bit of an issue opening the door which was quickly rectified. Missing Paris already and missing that festive view.

Perfect!

This apartment is wonderful. Superb location, roomy, modern bathroom, comfortable bed and equipped with everything to cater for yourself should you so wish. The owner, Jean Michel is friendly and very willing to help if you have questions. Thank you for your visit, Jean Michel- it was a pleasure to meet and talk a little with you! An information booklet was an excellent resource to orient us to our local surroundings. This charming apartment catered to our every need. We look forward to our next visit to Paris when we will definitely stay here again! Merci Jean Michel- Ton appartement est magnifique!

Have had a good time in Paris.apartment very well situated metro few yards away.apartment well worth 5 stars.would stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Perfect spot!

Like all the other reviewers, I have nothing but good things to say. First of all, the location of this apartment is superb! Near any number of museums and sights, but -- at least in early April -- without the sense of being in a tourist district. It is on the edge of the Marais, which has many expensive shops, but also plenty of decent cafes and small art galleries. The apartment itself is lovely!. Large windows overlooking La Place de L'Hotel de Ville which allows for endless people and event watching. Very tastefully furnished in a style appropriate to a classic French apartment. Comfortable bed. All very clean. The host and hostess, whom we met briefly, are very pleasant and helpful. I really can't recommend this place highly enough. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there!

Excellent apartment

We stayed a week in this apartment and found it very much to our needs. The view on Notre dame was excellent and the metro is steps away. Our only negative comments are that the furniture could use some updating and the elevator starts on the second floor. I recommend this property it is a good value.
