The house has two floors with a terrace and a large patio.

On the ground floor is the kitchen, the living room, a bathroom, a possible room and pantry and an area for suitcases.

It is located in Castrillo de la Vega, a village 10 minutes from Aranda de Duero.

The village has a supermarket, bars, parks and many people there always willing to talk to you and happy to help in whatever you need.

I live near the house so if you need anything do not hesitate to contact me.

In the upstairs there are four bedrooms, one bathroom and a terrace with views.

The yard is spacious has a gazebo and flowers.

La propiedad está bien, hay partes reformadas y otras que necesitan una reforma

Es una casa en un pueblo de 900 habitantes, muy cerca de Aranda del Duero.

La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Lavabos reformados, cocina le faltaría un pequeño cambio pero no es imprescindible. La única pega las camas antiguas y con los colchones incómodos para dormir. Por lo general es una casa correcta para su uso.

Located in a rural environment with underground cellars and elaboration of wines denomination of origin Ribera del Duero, with the possibility of tastings and wine visits to well-known wineries.

Descent in canoes through the Duero, Hoces del Duratón, etc.
