Beautiful modern Apts. The complex is gated, both outside gate and lobby. A short 8 minute walk to the beautiful crescent shaped sandy beach, shops, bars & restaurants.The apts are situated on a gentle hill so not recommended for anyone with walking difficulties. Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, air con/heating in the main bedroom (metered). Comfortable lounge with English TV/DVD. Wifi throughout. There is a shower room, plus a bathroom.
The balcony has furniture for 'alfresco' dining and looks onto the beautiful communal swimming pool.

The property

The property was ok but I was I expected a lot more than this and the only a lot of cafes and a very small beach we had a to go by bus to get any anywhere and the taxi man didn't know were apartment was as he so he dropped us about 10 minutes away from the apartment that we were going to

Fantastic apartment

We stayed for 4 months and had a fantastic stay the apartment is of good size with a great balcony with outside furniture Market is on every Saturday and Tuesday and just at the end of the road 3 min away Love this apartment

lovely apartment,in quiet location

exactly as advertised,on a hill, but we 70,s/80year olds didn't have a problem.Lovely walking close by,we didn't have a problem walking into Benedorm ,plenty of options for buses,only a short distance, at the beachfront.Guadalest, Finestrat etc: Villajoyosa stop right outside gate. Market twice weekly just metres away lovely!
