About the property

This is a top floor, beautifully light and airy apartment, with two south facing balconies that are sunny all day. It has been recently renovated (March 2016) and refurbished to a very high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including microwave, kettle and toaster. Just off the kitchen there is a utility area with washing machine and ironing facilities. The large bathroom is fully tiled with an over-the-bath shower, double sinks and hairdryer. A spacious lounge offers new, luxurious sofas, an entertainment center and there is full cable English TV and wifi access to the whole apartment. The bedroom has plenty of storage and a very comfortable king sized bed. There are two balconies, set up with new patio furniture, overlooking traditional Spanish mountain views. Bed linen and towels are provided.

This stunning apartment is situated on the top floor with elevator access. It is located in an immaculately clean and well maintained complex that is very secure with gated access via key card only. Private underground parking is also available with remote garage. Several large supermarkets are within walking distance from the apartment. Wiithin close proximity to local amenities such as bars, restaurants, cafes and the beach, this apartment is in an excellent location. There are lots of bespoke boutiques in the area as well as regular traditional Spanish markets. Nearby places of interest include; Albir promenade, Sierra Helada nature reserve, Altea, Benidorm, Calpe and L'Alfaz del Pi. The rest of the Coast Blanca is yours to explore. Please note: There is a 50euro surplus cleaning fee with this property.

Lovely accommodation

Over all city was really nice

All on one level. Ideal for disabled people and families. Plenty shops .

Already recommended to family and friends. Returning next year.
