This comfortable cottage is adjacent to the friendly owners' own 300 year old home. Set in a quiet location in the village of Bampton, surrounded by farmland to the east of Exmoor and well placed for North/South Devon. Dulverton 6 miles.

Old House Cottage is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Bampton just six miles from Dulverton in Devon. The cottage can sleep two people in one bedroom as well as family shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with sofa bed, breakfast bar and sitting area with woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a private patio and garden with furniture, plus shared use of owner's garden and barbecue. Old House Cottage is an ideal base for those who enjoy rambling and walking or for those looking to explore this beautiful part of the country. Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent.
