Newly refurbished bathrooms

Due to the location of the property being on a quiet residential development, it is perfect for families. The property is a traditional Andalusian house with tiled floors and staircases. It is a very well equipped 3 Bedroom Townhouse set over 3 floors. It is on a gated development built approx 40 years ago with only 20 other houses. The house sleeps 8 plus 1 under 2yr old.

Layout:
Ground floor: Newly refurbished shower room and toilet, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge and fridge/freezer etc. Dining area, newly refurbished lounge with T.V, (very limited channels), wifi, and Air conditioning, garden terrace and veranda with outdoor seating area, BBQ and a small well maintained garden.

Tiled staircase to the upper floors. Please bear this in mind prior to booking. Adults must assess children in their care, their ability/safety to use the stairs unaccompanied. It has an original staircase with tiles and gaps between the rails

First floor: Bedroom 1, Air conditioning, double bed and bunk beds and terrace off room
Bedroom 2, Air conditioning, twin beds with terrace off room
Newly refurbished bathroom with Bath, shower over, WC and double sinks.

Second floor: Bedroom 3, Air Conditioning, twin beds, newly refurbished separate bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and Sink,
Terrace with sun loungers (ideal for star gazing)
*all terraces have sliding glass doors and a lockable gate*

To the front of the property there is an out house/utility room with a washing machine.
Immaculate Communal Gardens to the front and rear of the property and gated pool area which has just been refurbished.

A highchair and travel cot (with linen) is available for guests to use if they wish, please mention this when booking.

All bed linen is provided for you to use and also bath and beach towels. This means you don't have to bring them with you.

The residential development is suitable for families and is very secure with 3 locked entrances, also the pool area is locked at all times to give you peace of mind for guests with small children.

The house is on a residential development and has all the home comforts. As the property is 40 years old with original fixtures and fittings, it is not a new build, it has been well used and lived in and there will be signs of wear and tear in the property. Please bear this in mind before booking.

There is no off street parking with the property but there are parking spaces on the roads outside the property and nearby which have no time restrictions and are free.

Fantastic Stay!
What a brilliant place to stay. More than enough room for all seven of us. Fabulous amenities in a fabulous location. The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved the garden, bbq and shared pool. Really thoughtful to have kids toys and games available. We will be returning!

Fabulous family holiday
We stayed here for 2 weeks, as a family party of 7 (4 adults, 2 teens and a 5 year old). We chose this property as it was close to the shops, restaurants and bars, as previously we have stayed further up the hill, which is quite a trek on the heat! We love it here. Everything is within easy reach - 2 smaller supermarkets and lovely restaurants. There are lovely beaches within easy reach both with and without a car. We did have a car and parking was mostly easy, apart from later at night but this wasn’t a massive issue. We don’t have any complaints about noise from the road but the hotel behind could be noisy at times. All the access arrangements, and explanations prior to arrival were excellent. The outside space was good, although there isn’t a boundary between properties so we did have to remind the children to be careful! The pool was lovely, although the toilets are currently unavailable but this was explained to us prior to staying. The property is a little dated in parts but the description was accurate.

Summer stay 2022
This was our second time staying in this property. We were pleased to see the bathrooms had been updated and handrail etc put on by the stairs. The pool is fantastic and location is perfect for families. The property is situated at the top of a hill, this can be hard going in the heat, the beach is at the bottom of the hill. One recommendation would be a second set of keys, my mother and father were with us and it was more difficult to arramge our days out with ome set. All in all, fantastic holiday and im sure we will be back again 😁

Comfortable base , beautiful pool
We were three families and the house was just right for us. The children loved the pool and we were often the only ones there! The ‘strip’ had a mini mart for beer and water whilst a big supermarket was a short walk away. We didn’t hire a car but it could be useful! The house had everything we needed.

Why they chose this property

This property is best suited for families on their own or with grandparents, beach lovers, golfers, water sports enthusiasts or anyone wanting to explore the culture of Andalusia and the Costa del Sol. It is in a perfect location, close to the Beach, close to bigger towns and tourist attractions. It is walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants, and has a pool for guests to use.

What makes this property unique

There are sea views from 2 of the terraces at the rear of the property, and the top terrace is perfect for Star Gazing on a clear night. During one of our visits we spotted Saturn and Mars in the night sky.

You are welcome to use all facilities in the house, there should be flotation aids, board games and the washing machine

It is on a residential development and we do ask guests to respect neighbours who may need to work and keep the noise to a minimum between 10.30pm and 9am. This noise policy ensures little ones can get plenty of rest, ready for more holiday fun the next day!
