Located in the heart of the 3 valleys ski area at Le Hameau du Mottaret, this is a stunningly refurbished apartment located over two floors. The apartment has been awarded the prestigious "Label Meribel" for 8 people, by the tourist office. This Quality label is awarded to only a few apartments or chalets, which meet a very high standard of cosiness, decoration & mountain touch.

FEATURES

There are 3 bedrooms with brand new zip and link beds. It also has a two bed 'attic' room which is ideal for kids.

It has two bathrooms and a separate loo. There is a 36 inch TV with DVD, an electric fire, a fully equipped kitchen (with a Nespresso machine) and ski boot warmers / dryers.

LOCATION

The apartment block is serviced with an elevator and gives direct access to the piste - ski in / ski out. 50m from the apartment there is a small shopping arcade with a supermarket (fresh bread and pastries daily), a selection of ski-hire shops and restaurants. There is also a free gondola service 25m walk from the apartment which will take you to the centre of Mottaret.

Should you wish, we can arrange to make up the beds before your arrival.

THURSDAY - THURSDAY (Saturday to Saturday in February)

We let the apartment from Thursday to Thursday to avoid the Saturday rush! This is flexible over Christmas and New year and in February we do Saturday to Saturday to coincide with the holidays.

Why Tom Davies chose Les Allues

My family have owned this property for 35 years and this year we have totally refurbished it to make it comfortable, stylish and somewhere you would really like to spend time. It is perfect for anything up to 3 couples or 2 couples and 4 children. We have put in an awesome attic room which kids would love and the lift takes you right down to the slopes. We are less than 50m to local shops and restaurants and if you would prefer we can arrange to have all the beds made up to your specification with towels for your stay so you don't have to worry. It really is a great apartment.

Well-designed apartment with easy access to the slopes.

The apartment is well-designed and well-equipped and in immaculate condition. The apartment block is situated alongside a blue ski run leading into Meribel Mottaret centre so provides easy access to the slopes. Limited parking is available outside the apartment building and we managed to find two spaces. We were 8 adults in total and found the apartment very comfortable. The lounge and balcony overlook the piste and have good views of the mountains beyond. There is a convenient heated boot cupboard in the apartment and skis could be stored in the boot room near the exit on a lower floor. Tom always responded promptly to all enquiries and helpfully provided information and recommendations. All essentials are within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. This has been one of the best apartments in which we have stayed and would have no hesitation in recommending it, I'm sure we will return.

Highly functional and efficient. Ski-in/ski-out was ideal. Gondola to village great service.

Great apartment (though we never did find the toaster). Right off the slopes with access to the entire mountain just out the door. Local village provided needed supplies while gondola to Mottaret Centre was also helpful. No Wi-Fi in apartment (promised for next year) though it was available for purchase locally and seemed to work okay (could be a little flakey). All in all we had a blast.

Very nice apartment

This new apartment is very cosy, very well furnished, well equipped (but no wifi at all) and exactly as seen on pictures. There are 3 rooms : 1 with double beds and an opened mezzanine with 2 additional small beds, 1 with double beds partially opens on the living room, and 1 normal with queen bed, all very comfy and functional.

Located near the top end of Meribel Mottaret: it's really convenient to access slopes (there is a private ski room and shoe heater in apt), but there are only few shops nearby (a ski shop, a very small supermarket, and 3 restaurants), otherwise there is a free walking lift to Mottaret centers (up to 8/9pm.)

There is a covered public parking 300m from the building (approx 70€ a week) or free parking in the street (if available...)

Belles prestations pour un appartement de ski

Au pied des pistes, chauffe chaussures dans l'appartement, belle décoration soignée (on se croit comme à la maison), beaucoup de rangements. Bref, une bonne adresse ! Attention cependant, le propriétaire ne parle qu'anglais et le paiement se fait directement sur le site d'Homelidays (attention aux frais additionnels...)
