3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Spectacular views. Lovely enclosed garden.

This is a newly refurbished house done up to high standard. Tucked away in the peaceful village of Braithwaite, Haystacks is a modern three bed house that is child friendly. Its tasteful Swedish retro-style interior and a wood-burning stove offer a feeling of comfort in the cold winter months, whilst it is light and airy in the warmer seasons and the enclosed garden is a real sun trap in the summer. It sleeps up to six people and makes an ideal base for families wishing to explore the fells, forests lakes and towns of the beautiful Lake District.

The living room has two three seater sofas and a wood burning stove. The flat screen TV has access to Netflix.

Leading through from the living room to a well- appointed kitchen bathed in natural oak. The kitchen table seats six people and looks onto the back garden through a set of glass French doors.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms one offering a Super king bed( which can split into a twin upon request). The next bedroom contains a roll top King size bed with great views out of the windows. The third bedroom overlooks the front of the property and contains a set of bunk beds. All of them are very light and airy.

The bathroom boasts a large walk in power shower that has bench at one end. It has a skylight which gives it an airy feel.

A great house!

We really enjoyed our stay in Braithwaite. The house was clean and well prepared and I would highly recommend it. My only feedback is to provide additional details about finding it because on a dark and rainy evening, it was not easy to locate using our GPS.
