Nice 1 bedroom south west facing apartment, directly on the sea in the small & quiet village of Callao Salvaje. The apartment is on the first floor of a small 2 floor building, 1st line on the sea with fantastic views on la Gomera, El Hierro & La Palma. There is 1 bedroom with 2 beds and wardrobe, a fully equipped new American kitchen with dish machine, washing machine, a bathroom, a nice and big lounge (with fan) with a nice little terrace for nice dinning area with absolutely stunning sea views. Your tranquillity is guaranteed! The only notice will be the sound of the birds and of the sea!!
Services nearby: Beach ,Swimming pools at 40m, bus & taxi stations, French bakery, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, permanent medical service 24 hours, chemist, rent a cars, promenades. There are numerous beaches and activities within a 10 min drive like Playa del Duque, Playa Fañabe, Playa las Americas.

Perfect For Us
Peaceful location, fabulous views and the icing on the cake was the charming and helpful Marianne.
Lovely apartment with a sea view!
Lovely apartment, especially the sea view where you can eat dinner and watch sunset over the sea with views over to the other islands looking west. The apartment is well equipped with full cooking facilities, and we cooked at the apartment almost every day. The area itself is pretty quiet and peaceful, but there are bars/restaurants nearby if you want them.
There are local shops within a short walk together with a beach which seemed to have pretty good lifeguard cover and was nice for swimming (even in late November when we visited). There are larger supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl, a short drive away.
Marianne was very helpful with arrangements, it was all pretty straightforward to get the apartment booked and arrange check in/out.
Lovely apartment with beautiful views
We, family of 4 with teenage kids, loved staying here for 2 weeks in August. The apartment is just lovely, clean and cosy. The beds are comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. The view is the best part though and the sound of the sea when lying in bed. Luckily we prefer beach over pool so we never visited the pool nearby for which you have to pay. All in all a super holiday. Thank you Marianne!
Good place to stay
Apartment is very well equipped and located. It is beautiful, quit place, with wonderful sunsets.
We enjoined it more than staying in Los Americas.
Kitchen has everything you need.
Everything is clean and very cozy.
Perfect location for a stay on Tenerife
At Marianne's place you get everything you wish for: Beautiful view over the sea with AMAAAAAZING sunsets in a small apartment complex (very relieving if you see the very common horror towers on Tenerife), directly at the coast, nice terrace, well-equipped kitchen, clean apartment, good tips from the owner, lots of hot (shower) water, modern furnishing (long life IKEA), good mattresses, nearness to shops/bars/beach and enough parking space. It's the perfect get-away! The only little downside are the two separate beds when you arrive as a madly-in-love couple ;-)
The apartment was as described - but better!!
Marianne who was lovely and very friendly welcomed us at the apartment and showed us where everything was.
First impression when you walk into the apartment is the amazing sea view. The apartment is larger than it looks with plenty of room for 4 people. I have just stayed in the apartment for a week with my husband and sister. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your holiday - it has now got wifi connection. It is kept very clean.
There is quite a large balcony for you to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and watch the amazing sunsets.
The apartment is situated in a nice quiet area of Callao Salveje with a short walk to the restaurants, shops and beach.
I would certainly come and stay in this apartment again and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Tenerife 10/10.

Location
Callao is a small village right on the ocean, which is liked for its natural environment. Situated in the peaceful and relaxing residential area of Sueno Azul in Callao Salvaje, the resort is very safe for families. If the sun is going to shine, it’s going to shine here in Callao Salvaje, averaging more sunshine than any other part of the island. It is also part of the Pearl Coastline that runs from La Caleta to the up market resort of Los Gigantes. 10min from all major attractions (La Caleta, Las Americas), you will find nice beaches, hiking, bars, restaurants, shops, music, theatres, casinos, etc.. It has a good bus connection and plenty of taxis. In the village, there is a medical service opened 24hours, a pharmacy, many bars, restaurants, banks, tea room, cafes, ice cream parlour. The new Gran Callao Hotel is just 5 minutes away with its Spa facilities, bars, weekly BBQ and tennis, squash courts. The area is quiet and friendly yet is close enough to the night life of Las Americas.
