Beautiful penthouse with large furnished terrace in new building. Decoration full detail. It consists of living room + loft kitchen, terrace, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, including coffee maker, kettle, microwave, TV, iron, hairdryer, etc. Air conditioning cold and heat ducts throughout the house.

Located in a quiet area near the center of Alicante.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Well-located

From the moment I arrived I was charmed by this pretty apartment and its owners. Everything I needed was accessible, functional, and clean. The welcoming gifts of water and orange juice were much appreciated. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from ADDA (Auditorio de la Diputación de Alicante) where I attended a conference. There is a small grocery store a block away that has all the necessary items needed. Less than a 1/2 hour walk to the beach and the central part of Alicante, so there is easy access to restaurants and shopping. It's a downhill walk to the beach, but easy to find the bus or a taxi for the return trip to the apartment. When I return to Alicante, I will most certainly reserve this wonderful apartment.

We had an excellent stay. We were made to feel very welcome by the owners . We will go back again.

Alicante is an exciting city with lots to see and do. The apartment is in a quiet residential area. It is bright, clean and modern, well decorated and furnished. The balcony is a lovely feature. There is a lift up to the fourth floor. Most places are within walking distance. We recommend the Turibus for a tour of the whole city for only ten euros. There are plenty of normal buses as well. We loved it. J.L. and I.W.

Very nice apartment near the centre of town. Walking distance to everything.

The apartment is new, very clean and well equiped. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They even provide a variety of tourist and city information. The city is lively, lots of restaurants, bars and site seeing, including the beaches. I will definately return to Alicante and to this apartment. Thanks Maxi for all your help.
