Great location! Nice, clean flat!

Will was very good to email us before we came answering any questions. There were six of us so it was a bit crowded with the large couch made into a bed. The kitchen was equipped with basics ( a few condiments)but we did not cook there, and the washer/dryer combo machine was nice and handy. Bedrooms were small but adequate. Luggage had to go on floor with one small chest in one room and large closet. We were never able to get the wifi to work for unknown reasons as we had the pass codes and phones said we were connected. The location of the basement flat was great for us as we took the Tube to Victoria Station from Heathrow and Will met us at 11 am and let us have access early which we appreciated. We walked with our luggage to the flat in less than 15 minutes using Google maps. VIctoria Station was huge with many shops, restaurants, groceries, pastry shops and easy access to trains, events, hop on hop off tours. We walked easily to Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, BIg Ben, and the Abbey. Numerous Restaurants were plentiful just blocks away. We stayed three nights and were in the flat very little. TV worked with many channels, shower was adequate with plenty of hot water. Overall, the flat was not upscale but met our needs in terms of great location and adequate bedding. It was a great value for four adults and two teenagers. I would recommend it to anyone and would stay there again.
