A Touch of Heaven

It was simply nice to get away from all the city noises and enjoy the peaceful time in the country and viewing the beautiful view of the Mazatzal Mtns off the front porch. Neighbors are all quite friendly.

Tucked away

This beautiful cabin on Hbar ranch in Rye, was a perfect anectdote from the hustle and bustle of life. This was our first trip to Payson, and the location in Rye gave us amazing night skies, a break from traffic, yet placed us close enough in to town and hiking trails. Our dog Hank had a nice big fenced in area to run in, while he got a close up view of cows and horses at the same time. The amenities in this cabin, along with the peace and rustic quality of life, make this a must do for travelers to the Payson area. We hope to return! Maria and Henry Robinson

2nd Time Staying Here

This was our second time staying at the cabin and it was even better. It became a very comfortable place for us with the location and surrounding views, since we like being out of town. Located 10 miles from Payson, it's still close enough to go into town, but feels like you are in the country. The cabin is clean and just right for the 2 of us and our dog. Mark, the owner, is very nice and responded quickly to any questions I had. We will stay here again, if we get the chance.

We love Payson, AZ because of the friendly people and the fact that there are so many activities available all year round. Some of the things our family enjoys are: spending time at the nearby lakes, hunting, hiking, biking, swimming, shopping, and camping.

It has a cute porch swing perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and watching the sun rise on the Mazatzal mountains. We are owners who are available to you if you need anything but stay out-of-the-way if you don't. Our guests' have the best of both worlds; Complete privacy but the confidence of knowing that we are available to answer questions or address any of their traveling needs.
