Everything happens here. Casa Farfalla Las Canteras is an apartment located on the second floor in front of the beach of Las Canteras, a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing stay. So close to the beach you can almost touch it. The situation makes the apartment the ideal starting point for experiences of all kinds.

Just 500 meters is Santa Catalina Park and the bus station from where you can easily reach the airport and all other attractive island destinations.

This spacious apartment has one bedroom with double bed (135 cm), a bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, living room with comfortable sofa bed (140 cm) and a balcony to enjoy summer nights and the sea breeze. It will comfortably house you alone, with family or friends up to four people.

Casa Farfalla is situated in an excellent location where you can find all kinds of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops. Las Canteras Avenue offers so many activities as you can imagine such as yoga, snorkeling, surfing, paddle surfing and kayaking and Thalasso & SPA. You can also take for a long walk to the beach El Confital or to the Auditorium Alfredo Kraus.

The emblematic Santa Catalina Park and main stage carnivals, which is 8 minutes walking distance, offers innumerable kiosks and terraces with children's areas. Very near is the Museum of Science and Technology Elder and El Muelle Shopping Center. Moreover, from there, you will find buses going in different directions on the island, e.g. Vegueta, Santa Brígida, Maspalomas or Mogán.

Fantastic location, great space

This was the perfect holiday. Great weather, balcony to view the beach, waves crashing at night, and literal steps from laying out on the sand. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. It's within walking distance of markets and buses. Tons to see around the area and a bus or long walk along the coast to the old town. Relaxing and comfortable, I couldn't ask for a better escape.

Marta is amazing. She is a great host, met me at midnight when my flight arrived. Provided restaurant recommendations, provided directions to cash exchange and markets, notes sights and provided a map, and let me store luggage on check out day. She's the best and so kind. One of the best hosts I've experienced thus far. When I come back, I'll definitely want to stay again!

Lovely, waterfront apartment.

The apartment is in a great area. Everything you need is in walking distance and the view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. Marta was so nice and so helpful, will definitely be back.

Lovely Apartment

This is a lovely apartment. Very spacious with a great view looking over the beach out to sea. Marta was there to welcome us and left us some goodies on arrival which was very nice.Our only criticism was that unfortunately the first 3 days were wet and cold and so was the apartment. No heating or air conditioning and the balcony did not receive the sun even when it was hot. I realise that most of the year this would not be a problem but we were unlucky with the weather.

Perfect Location. Lovely Host. Exceeded our Expectations!

Our stay at Casa Farfalla far exceeded our expectations. Marta was the perfect host - she was very helpful with suggestions and tips on exploring our neighbourhood, and the whole island, including great restaurants and places to see. She was very kind and responsive. (we miss her already!)

The apartment is situated right in the heart of the boardwalk, steps from the beach, with a great view from the balcony of the sea. We walked the beach and/or the boardwalk daily. My husband swam the length of the bay almost every day at low tide and we both enjoyed snorkeling - like swimming in a fish tank, so clear and beautiful! The internet is great, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, although we spent most evenings enjoying the many restaurants in the area.

This is the perfect spot to stay to enjoy Las Palmas and a great home base for exploring the whole island. You can rent a car across the street, as needed. We took several day trips and saw much of the island.

Marta made our stay in Gran Canaria very memorable. We hope to return soon!

Excellent location, all amenities.

Marta made sure our stay was a great experience by being available to give entertainment and restaurant recommendations to making sure the apartment was well stocked with everything we could need including her mothers home made muffins. The pictures on VRBO for the apartment didn't do the place justice as we were pleasantly surprised with the balcony and view. We were in the centre of the boardwalk and the Italian Restaurant across the lane was very good. Thank you for your hospitality Marta.

Mitten im Geschehen, alles in Fußreichweite, von Autovermietung, Bars, Busstation, Supermärkte, Strand, Surfschulen.... Dazu mit Marta eine großartige Gastgeberin, die falls nötig jederzeit verfügbar ist.
