A house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large living room, dining room and a second living rooms connected by a modern newly renovated kitchen. The house is suitable for a large family of different generations or for 2-3 m smaller families.

All the bedrooms, the kitchen and both living rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Direct access from all bedrooms to the beautiful garden. The garden is spacious and has a private pool and a covered terrace. Panoramic view to the Mediterranean.

Rancho Domingo is a very quiet and protected area.

The villa is for rent on a weekly basis - though renting for longer, a month or more time you will get an discount.

About Susanne Kamu

I was born in Helsinki, Finland, into a Swedish-speaking family. I attended a private Swedish school from which I graduated in 1979. I started studying veterinary medicine in Helsinki in 1982 and graduated with honours and a doctorate in 1990.

Soon after I did move to Denmark and was working nerby in Sweden (Helsingborg) in a famous animal hospital.

In 1998 we moved to southern Spain where I quickly got the idea of opening my own clinic.

To work as a vet on the Costa del Sol is very inspiring but can also be very stressful and tiring. As a counterbalance to my work I find that an active spare-time and the and the spirit of togetherness with my family is very important.

Susanne Kamu purchased this villa in 1998

Why Susanne Kamu chose Rancho Domingo

When my family and I decided to move to the Costa del Sol in 1998 , we drove around and looked at a lot of houses and places . When we finally came up to the stunning village of Benalmadena Pueblo , we were all in complete agreement that we want to stay here . We began to search our house , and after a long search, we found our coming home - Villa Arcadia. We had 3 small children and Rancho Domingo suited us perfectly. The area is quiet and guarded . The surrounding area is beautiful and it felt very safe and vere happy to stay here. Now the children are grown up and have moved out . Because this is the home they grew up in , we have decided not to sell it - rather rent it , especially during the summer - because we ourselves are not in the house in summertime. We are either in Finland or around sailing. But we love our house!

What makes this villa unique

Spacious garden with private pool with LED lights of different colour, safety box, private security alarm system, solar panels for warm water, fully equipped big kitchen. Maximum privacy, stunning sea views, Free from any neighbours or noices, this property is a perfect spot to relax. Also the bedrooms are situated in a manner that groups can spread out into main wing, quest wing and chidrens wing.

Situated in the mountains the property is usually 3C cooler than on the coastline and there is always a fresh breeze - this is an advantage specially in the summer time - as it does not get so hot here even in August. The house is located slightly outside of Benalmadena Pueblo, but still within walking distance. 20-25 min to Marbella, 5 min to the sea and 15 min from the airport.

Rancho Domingo is a very quiet area with a good security!

This is a truly spectacular house, beautiful pool, great location and amazing views.

We were 2 families with teenagers and had a great week chilling by the pool and enjoying this amazing house. Short spin to the beach/harbour . Beautiful old town few minutes up the hill authentic character and great shops, restaurants, we walked home. Highly recommended.

Wonder Villa!!!

One of the best vacations we had. We' were totally 10 people, 4 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of space. The pool is big enough shallow in one side and deep in another, which is fantastic for older kids (who can swim).

Very spacious and amazing villa with all you need for a relaxing break away. The garden and view around is breath taking! 10-15 minute to walk to the Belanmadena's old town with lovely shops and restaurants. Very nice kitchen, enough space even for 4 adults making food at the same time:) Beaches around are good but quite crowdy. Fortunately if you have a car there is a number of beaches along the coast.

The owners are very friendly and supportive. Warmest thanks to you Suzan and Allan!

We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again!

The house is in a very private estate, perfect for my family and close to the old town.

I've just returned from a two week holiday wth my young (7,5,3yr olds) family along with my mother (80+) as well as my sister and her family (13,7).

This property is perfect for a family holiday like we had. So relaxed and quiet. You will need a car for shopping etc and exploring but the old town is a short (15mins) walk away.

For my mother the hill up was too much but a taxi is very fast and generally 5-7 euro.

We had such a nice time and both Susanne and Allen were there to help us with any enquiries we had or help we needed including when my niece was unwell - Dr.Al kindly advised on best course of action.

I'd have no problem recommending the property for families looking to relax in a private setting.

Would definitely stay here again.

Car: recommended

Nice and cozy one level family home in Rancho Domingo, Benalmadena Pueblo with a childfriendly pool and a spacious own garden with maximum privacity . Rancho Domingo - is one of the best classified villages in Benalmadena / Fuengirola area.

This is a one plan house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A temporary extra bedroom can easily be set up if needed. There is a large living room, a dining room and a second living rooms connected by a modern newly renovated kitchen. The house is suitable for a large family of different generations or for 2 or 3 smaller families.

The Rancho Domingo urbanisation is a high standard area. The house is safe - also suitable for small children as the pool area is surrounded with a temporary fence with a locked door .

All 5 bedrooms have their own access to the beautiful garden. The pool is U-shaped with a kind of iceland in the middle and with very low water to start with - what makes it enjoyable for small children. On the wery last end of the U - the water is already 2 m deep - so it is easy to jump into the pool from here. All around the pool is around 20 m long.

In the garden there are also 5 sun chairs , 2 terraces, one with a roof and barbeque - another without roof . The garden is beautiful , spacious, fenced and private.
