Buena Vista No 1,

A beautiful modern gated detached Villa, fully air conditioned, with its own private heated pool and full Satellite TV. The villa is immaculately furnished to the highest possible standard so that everything you need for the perfect holiday is provided. (Please note that Pool heat is an extra if required)

The villa is large, spacious and airy constructed in 2008 by one of the La Manga Club resorts premier builders, the build quality is second to none with marble floors, stairs cases and bathrooms, with 4 terraces to admire The furnishings and the ambiance are very high quality and show exquisite taste. Perfect for a couple, family holiday, or for a group of golfers or tennis players, football players etc who would like to enjoy the Clubs facilities.

An extra Z bed is also provided if required to accommodate an extra person. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge if required.

The Buena Vista community is one of the newest at the Resort. Located on the hill by the North Golf Course with great panoramic views over the golf course and within easy distance of the facilities at Las Lomas Village. There is a mixture of modern apartments and villas, some with pools and many with great views over the North Course.

On the first floor is a large open plan "L" shaped lounge, an 8 seated dinning table, satellite TV, Xbox 360, a fully equipped kitchen with built in dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a cloak room on this level. There are also two furnished terraces one of which has access from the lounge or dinning area, this makes it perfect for large family gatherings.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom, There is also access to the swimming pool from both the bedroom and the bathroom. There is also a large furnished terrace on this floor accessible from the landing or the bedroom with magnificent views.

On the ground floor the second bedroom has twin beds and is full en-suite, the third bedroom also has twin beds and another bathroom.

The villa has a secure gated driveway suitable for up to 3 cars leading up to the car port. There is an entrance leading to the ground floor and stairs leading up to the first floor level with another entrance in to the home.

The terrace on the first floor has a BBQ, a large tiled patio, an 8 seater table and chairs plus patio sofa and chairs and has plenty of space so that you can enjoy a warm sunny breakfast or lunch and some Al Fresco dining in the evening.

The swimming pool has sunshine all day with sun loungers and an area with further seating and can be heated for a an extra charge in the winter months. The views across La Manga Club and the North Golf course are stunning.

Our home is Professionally managed in the resort, the management company provide a meet and greet with the keys to the property. Prices include linen & towels and beach towels.

La Manga Club

This 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa enjoys fantastic panoramic views over the golf course and mountains in the Buena Vista community of La Manga Club. With 4 terraces the villa enjoys full summer and winter sun throughout the day.

La Manga Club is any golfer's dream destination. There are 3 Championship golf courses sprawling between palm trees, lakes and barrancas. The North and South courses both have 18th greens finishing by the hotel and the West course boasts stunning views, lush scenery and winding fairways. We own a 2 bed apartment in Mar de Cristal which is very close to the beach and the La Manga club so we know the area very well.

For several years we have dreamed about owning a detached home on the La Manga club resort and for several years we have pestered the local estate agents until finally we were in the right place at the right time when this large stunning home became available which we snapped up immediately.

This the perfect home in the most amazing position which our family will enjoy for many years to come and hopefully all our guest's will too.

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in May & it was absolutely gorgeous! So much space, the terraces & pool were fantastic & everything was finished to a really high standard. The surrounding resort was lovely with plenty to do, and the Mar Menor was beautiful, we can certainly see ourselves returning!

Stunning Villa!

The villa exceeded all our expectations. It had everything you could possibly need and more! There were 5 of us staying in the villa and it felt like we had plenty of space to relax. We paid to have the pool heated which was definitely the right decision, as my daughter spent most of the holiday in it!

I wouldn't hesitate to come back for another holiday. Thanks Mark.

Beautiful villa with stunning views.

I have just come back from a long weekend stay in the villa with friends. We have had a lovely time the villa is stunning and has everything you could need in it. It's very spacious with plenty of outside space. The pool is a great size with plenty of sun loungers. Mark the owner could not have been more helpful with any questions and just making sure it all ran smoothly.

I will be recommending this villa to friends and family and I hope to return soon.

There is a couple of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk from our home but to the centre of the club it is a fifteen to twenty minute walk or a €3 to €5 taxi ride depending on the time of day.

La Manga Club is one of the worlds leading Sport and Leisure resorts. It is located within 1400 acres of Murcian hillside overlooking the clear waters of the Mar Menor, the largest salt water lagoon in Europe which is a magnet for water sports enthusiast's.

Murcia (San Javier) is the nearest airport which is only twenty minutes from La Manga Club, Alicante is only an hour away. Both of these airports are serviced by a number of low costs airlines from all major airports in the UK.

La Manga Club has three championship golf courses, twenty eight tennis courts and a marvelous Par 47 pitch and putt facility.

There is a huge variety of restaurants and bars, we also have our own supermarket, chemist and Doctors surgery. The nearest town is Los Belones which also has a great selection of Bar's and international restaurants.

The La Manga Club Spa offers a state of the art gymnasium, dedicated teaching studio, saunas, steam rooms, Jacuzzi's, private treatment rooms and a twenty five metre indoor heated swimming pool.
