About this property

Ideal for families or friends, we offer our charming cottage air conditioned 120 square meters, its garden and swimming pool, located at the crossroads of remarkable sites (Nimes, Pont du Gard, Ledenon circuit, Uzès, Arles, Avignon , Montpellier ...).

Here is the description of your future holiday spot:
It is a terraced house, but independent (entrance, parking, garden and rooms), single storey with a floor, surur 800 meters of land, garden, patio, fountain, closed parking.

The exteriors
- private and closed parking with DIGICODE (2/3 places)
- A shaded and wooded private terrace with provencal fountain, garden furniture, large table, 1 offset parasol, gas stove 4 fires
- Only in May, June and September to mitigate the freshness of the pool water, a SPA 6 people (204 cm diameter) that will quickly become the preferred place to relax in water at 38 ° C
The SPA is equipped with a digital lock for added security.
Option of 15 € (24 hours notice in advance for the change of water and the heating time)
- Priority access SECURE swimming pool of 10m x 5m x1,60m, surrounded by lush greenery, around which it is good to dream, rocked by the song of the cicadas (opening from 9:00 to 19:00)

- Optional: 1 electric mountain bike, 1 classic mountain bike, 2 inflatable canoes (1 place)
The ground floor

Good holiday

Property was nice and the pool was very welcoming. Annie was helpful and at hand if needed. Well equipped kitchen with pleasant court yard. The only downside was the mosquitoes that were very hungry!

Great place, great host, great location

A highly recommended place to stay. Close to Nimes, and with easy access to it, but also great access to Pont Du Gard, Orange and Avignon. The hosts are brilliant - so helpful and yet very unobtrusive. The pool was excellent and very large. We hope to be able to stay here again whenever we next visit the area. The property is in a very quiet location, but with very good access to services and the road network.

Lovely property, outdoor space & pool

Excellent location for exploring the area. Easy 8 minute drive to a big supermarket. The pool & garden were especially good. Our hosts were very friendly & helpful without intruding at all , even though they live next door. Only negative thing would be the mosquitos ! We were all bitten a lot despite lotions etc being applied. Overall excellent value for money & we enjoyed our stay.
