Chic and confortable 2 bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the beach

The apartments are stylish and comfortable, furniture, bedding and kitchen are quality materials.

The chairs are leather, the table, kitchen and bathroom vanity are made of granite. We have air conditionning and free wifi.There are many restaurants and terraces around. there is a Shuttle boat for a day in St Tropez from Juan les Pins and also a shuttle to the Lérins Islands, beautiful and very close (15 min away) All water sports (parasailing, waterskiing, wakeboarding) possible in the Bay of Juan. Very nice Diving outputs on the Cap d'Antibes and the islands of Lérins. Antibes Juan-les-Pins has one of the longest coastlines in France. There are many beaches along the 25 kilometers coastline, and five ports, one of which is the largest yachting harbor in Europe and second in the world, that of Port Vauban. Here all the pleasures of the sea are available for all tastes: water-skiing or paragliding, diving, sailing. Antibes Juan-les-Pins has also developed other sporting facilities: basketball, squash, walking, tennis. Antibes Juan-les-Pins is considered the most sport-oriented town in the Riviera.

Borned and raised in Antibes where we still live. We have been renting apartments and villas for the last 8 years. We wanted our accommodations to be well decorated and confortable and we spent a lot of time doing so. This apartment was bought early 2016 and like the others are next to the beach, has sea view and parking. We choose Juan les Pins for its sandy beach and its holiday atmosphere most of the year.

The building is ideally located in the center of Juan les Pins with all the restaurants and shopping around. The sandy beach is only across the street.

All the shops, bars and restaurants are 100 meters away. The Apartment is large comparing the French standard for a one bedroom, well decorated with quality equipment. We have a nice sea view and a large balcony.
