It has a solarium on the roof, with artificial grass, where you can play, sunbathe with the hammocks, eat outdoors and take a hot or cold shower, a space of almost 100 square meters, .New solarium for our guests, tea will love my place because the location is in the middle of Plataneras that gives you peace of mind, at 1.3 km from enecantadoras Beaches and Natural Pools, away from tourist areas with so many people (Furnia, Dos Roques, Hole, Bocabarranco, etc. ) A 10 minute walk from the charming town of Gáldar that offers all services, restaurants, nightlife and bus transportation, which can take you anywhere on the island, It is good for couples, adventurers, families. Gáldar is a small town of 20,000 thousand inhabitants, it was the first capital of Gran Canaria, because the ancient Canaries reigned in this area, today you can visit one of the most important archaeological museums of the Canary Islands, in which You can discover how the Canaries lived before the Spanish conquest, with 3D film projections, and the old town of more than 100 houses and the cave painting that gives its name "La Cueva Pintada". In the north of Gran Canaria, there are many rural houses or houses on the coast, but my house offers differences from them, it is that walking you have all the services that will make your holidays more comfortable, to great restaurants with typical Canarian food and very economical, a municipal market, with fruit, meat, vegetables, fresh fish, pharmacy, health center, area where you can have a drink, park for children and live music, a strategic town to visit the whole island. Nice house, very good owner

House as described, walking distance to Galdar town.

Owner was excellent, answered all our questions about restaurants etc.

House was clean and well equipped, roof terrace is huge, a bit chilly in January though!

Slight parking issue, sometimes you are lucky and get a park, sometimes you don't and have to find one 200m up the road.

Great, big, clean apartment

In this apartment you will meet very pleasant host, who will gladly give you all the answers and recommendations about accommodation and island. You will sleep great and feel just like home. Apartment is fully equipped and clean. City center is close by and easily approachable. Parking is free. During our tour through this beautiful island - a perfect place to rest. All recommendations. :) We'd like to come back again!

You were also good guests, but have finished a solarium, on the roof with your lawn, barbecue, and shower to make the stay more pleasant. Lovely spacious and clean apartment. Extremely friendly and helpful owners who provided kitchen store cupboard basics and bathroom essentials as well as some delicious treats. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the North of Gran Canaria

Nette Gastgeber, Ferienwohnung weniger schön

Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das ändert jedoch nicht viel daran, dass die Wohnung zwar groß, aber sehr kalt ist (natürlich abhängig vom Wetter draußen, wir hatten viel Regen, daher hatten wir in der Wohnung dauerhaft um die 18 Grad). Auf dem eiskalten Fliesenfußboden konnten wir unser Baby keine Minute krabbeln lassen.

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung funktional, aber wenig gemütlich eingerichtet, Kinderspielzeug haben wir vergeblich gesucht. Der Jacuzzi ist außer Betrieb, die Waschmaschine funktioniert nur noch bei einer einzigen Temperatureinstellung, die Dachterrasse ist sehr windig, der Garten gehört nicht mit zur Ferienwohnung, die Autostellplätze waren oft belegt (50/50-Chance). Die Hälfte der Betten knarrt bei jedem Umdrehen, sodass wir auch im Nebenraum geweckt wurden.

Das Stadtzentrum von Gáldar mit Restaurants, Spielplatz, Supermärkten, Touristeninfo, Sehenswürdigkeiten ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Strand ist aber nicht in der Nähe, die Wohnung liegt nicht am Meer.

Fazit: Der Ferienwohnung würden wir 1-2 Sterne geben; da die Vermieter so freundlich und hilfsbereit sind und Gáldar ein schönes Ziel außerhalb der Touristenhochburgen ist, gibts 3 Sterne.

Owner's Response: Vielen Dank für die Kommentare, denn es macht uns Sorgen über die Dinge, die wir ändern müssen. Ich glaube, dass sie im kältesten Winter von Canaria seit 1969 kamen, also war die Terrasse sehr windig, der Boden strahlt nicht und deshalb haben wir Heizungen gekauft, damit unser Kunde nicht so kalt wird. Der Whirlpool, wenn er kaputt ist, wird bereits von einem Kunden angezeigt, der ihn kaputt gemacht hat und der nicht informiert hat. In Kürze werden wir einen Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse haben. Wenn wir die Spielsachen haben, sollten sie danach gefragt haben, wir lassen sie normalerweise nicht in den Häusern, weil alle Kunden keine Kinder haben. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, aber wie es manchmal anzeigt, ist es voll, aber weitere 100 Meter gibt es mehrere kostenlose Parkplätze, wir können nicht garantieren, dass sie das Auto direkt vor der Tür haben. Die Entfernungen sind in der Seite die nächsten Strände sind die zwei Roques zu einem Kilometer des Hauses oder die kürzlich freigegebene Blaue Flagge des Strandes von Sardina zu 5 Kilometern, aber wie Sie das Haus angeben, hat alle anderen Dienstleistungen, die ein paar gehen Minuten Es tut mir sehr leid, wenn Sie nicht mehr Urlaub verbracht haben.
