Esperienza molto positiva.Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa perfetta, pulita e ordinata come nelle foto, non manca nessuna comodità.Le stanze sono spaziose, c'è il profumo di nuovo e di pulito.La piscina è bellissima.La location è comoda, vicinissima al mare e al centro.Grazie a Christopher e Joanna per la vostra ospitalità,per aver reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.La consiglio vivamente. Golf Trip

Stayed here April 2024 with 7 other guys on a golf trip. House is big enough to give us enough room to spread out and be comfortable. Pool was great. Host was very responsive and provided extra towels promptly. Would stay again

Christmas and Wedding

1. The owners were very polite, communicated quickly and positively! 2. The Location is EXCEPTIONAL! Within 5 miles of: WalMart, Sam's Club, Target, many restaurants, gas stations and much more. 3. Lots of room! Many different areas to gather in, 5 dedicated bedrooms and also couches to sleep on. 4. 3 very nice restrooms. Great showers! 5. The best laundry room! Iron, ironing board, washer/dryer, and lots of hanging racks. 6. The pool table was a huge hit with both our teens and the adults. 7. The patio area is great for grilling and relaxing, the pool is very nice, but had lots of leaves in it and the water was not heated as advertised. 8. We loved that there was no carpet. Made it feel cleaner. 9. The house and neighborhood are extremely quiet and there is a security system which is a huge plus!

This property is great for large groups: Wedding vacations, family getaway, retirement getaway groups, family reunion of 14+, general American holidays. The pool side for the party, the deck at nights for private sit around; the dinning area design for 16+; the 3,300 Sq Ft property is well positioned for large and small group, its a green Oasis in the center of Hollywood Florida. ''We are only happy when you are'' AND you will not share this with another guest - no running into your friends as you do at other small properties on the beach :).

Oh, where to start?! Firstly, you have a heated pool! Complimentary bicycles, 3,300 Sq ft of the house all for you, a game room and Paid golf for two lucky guests for 2 days. In addition, you have a pool table and game table such as Chess tables for nights in as well as TVs which are all smart. Did we mention free complimentary wifi? Yes free. You are spoiled for choice; stay in and enjoy our many amenities or go on a night out, Hollywood has an amazing nightlight but let us not forget the famous Hollywood beach just minutes' drive from you.
