Good
The property is in a nice location, 20 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to a big supermarket and 20 minute walk to the town. The swimming pool is in a lovely area surrounded by trees and there are plenty of sun beds.
The apartment was spacious and clean but the two couches were in very bad repair and not nice to have to use, these should be replaced. We had a lot of trouble with the lock in the front door at the beginning but when we rang Philip he looked after it immediately. The lock should also be looked at.
Spacious comfortable apartment
We really enjoyed our stay in Marina Park. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a good supply of towels etc which were changed in the middle of the week. Marina Park is a perfect location as was quiet yet a short walk from the Marina and shops.We enjoyed the large balcony which caught the sun later in the afternoon. We were disappointed to discover the bar and restaurant, which was mentioned in the advert for the apartment, was not open. Overall we had a great holiday and would certainly recommend this apartment to our friends.
Noisy! Sound travels across complex. University campus feel from outside. Needs maintenance.
The Apartment was of fair standard for the price, despite needing some attention to detail and having the look and feel of an University Campus on the outside. Maintenance (Loo seat lose, lights not working or missing light bulbs), Air Conditioning units had filthy Filters which are important to be kept clean and there was no functional Fire or Smoke Alarm system fitted to the property (Found one discarded in one of the Draws). Our two main concerns were also that noise travelled across the complex, particularly from neighbours on either side above and below and especially when large groups of young people partied into the early hours. We would not stay again or recommend. 3 Stars!
You couldn't wish for a nicer apartment
This apartment is spacious, and very comfortable. It's beautifully decorated and has all the facilities you could need. It's also very well positioned for a wonderful holiday. It's great whether you want to have a lazy day by the pool or if you want to explore further afield. Loved being here and would definitely recommend.
Excellent holiday in this apartment
We recently returned from a week in this apartment. Was spotlessly clean and centrally located. Would highly recommend a stay here. Very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay
We had a wonderful stay in Michelle's apartment. Very clean and had everything you needed to make our stay easy and wonderful. The pool was fantastic and ideal for our 2 year old daughter to play in. At first we felt that the apartments location was quite far away from everything. Until we started to explore and realised you can walk to the marina in 10 minutes and then in to the old town from there. We also relised that being in a quieter part of town of an evening was very relaxing. Lagos is such a lovely town, loads of great restaurants with daily fresh fish, lively at night and lots of beaches to explore. Great holiday and thank you Michelle for letting us stay in your apartment.
