Guests will be met at the property by the Owner and the keys handed over and any other explanations given.
The air conditioning, which operates throughout the property, is metered. One euro is required per two hours that the system is on.
No pets, unless special permission has been granted by the owner. Parking for one vehicle is provided free, but there are roadside opportunities nearby also. The beach is 1.8 km away (1 mile) and takes 5 minutes in the car. The bus to the beach-side runs every few minutes. Shops, bars and restaurants are within a minute's walking distance. The Arroyo de la Miel railway Station is 500 metres away (one minute in a car or taxi). The train goes straight to Malaga Airport Station.
