Apartment with 2 rooms on the beach front line and with direct access to the dunes. The building has two lifts in its staircase and the house, which is fully equipped, has been completely renovated in 2016. It has an open parking space and the residential complex has a very large garden area next to the sea, with children's play area, swimming pools and tennis court. It also has the same supermarket and an ice cream shop inside.

Environment determined by the north coast of the coast of Dénia, in the final section of the road of Les Marines, well known for its paradisiacal beaches of fine sand and crystalline waters. Lively but quiet area at the same time, due to its location at the end of the road, next to the mouth of the Molinell River. Access from the N-332 in the section between the exits of Ondara and Oliva of the AP-7.
