Auf keinen Fall buchen

Die angemietete Wohnung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung des Vermieters. Gravierend waren für uns der Anstieg über 72 schwer ergehbaren Treppenstufen was in der Wohnungsbeschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde. Das ein Rollstuhlfahrer sie nicht benutzen kann ist selbstverständlich, aber mein Mann der altersbedingt leichte Gehprobleme hat war fast nicht in der Lage diesen schwierigen Treppenanstiege zu schaffen. Aus diesem Grunde sind wir auch vorzeitig abgereist. Außerdem kann ich auch noch folgendes erwähnen, was mit der Wohnungsbeschreibung nicht übereinstimmt: - Bügeleisen und -Brett sind nicht vorhanden, man muss diese bei der Wohnungsbetreuerin abholen, d.h. 50 Treppen ab- und aufgehen. - TV und SAT waren vorhanden, haben aber nicht funktioniert. - Außengrill ist vorhanden aber in einem äußerst schlechtem Zustand, eine Benutzung wäre eine Zumutung. - Sofa war total abgenutzt so dass wir beim Sitzen schon Probleme hatte, dieses gehört auf den Müll. Wir können nur abraten diese "Bude" zu mieten.
