A charming, end-terrace, stone-built Cotswolds cottage, set over three floors, in the centre of the village of Blockley. Spacious and contemporary accommodation with a woodburner and a patio garden. Moreton-in-Marsh 3 miles.

12 Millview is an end-terrace, stone-built cottage, set over three floors, in the heart of the Cotswolds village of Blockley. It sleeps six people in two second floor double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower facilities, and two sofa beds in the first floor sitting room. On the second floor there is also a family bathroom and on the ground floor there is a cloakroom, a conservatory, a kitchen with a dining area and a gas woodburning-effect stove, as well as a utility room. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio. The village boasts a store for picking up picnic supplies, a delightful café for a tasty breakfast and a selection of pubs. The surrounding area offers lots of unspoilt towns and villages including Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Cheltenham to name but a few. All year round, 12 Millview is a great base for a memorable holiday. Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Rangemaster cooker with 3 electric ovens and 5-ring gas hob, gas-powered stove heater, microwave, fridges, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is a stream running through the garden, children to be supervised. Note: Max 6 people. Note: Part of the garden of the property is currently undergoing restoration. Minimum disruption caused as the restoration is on a path on the far side of the garden on the footbridge that has limited access. Restoration should be completed by mid December.
