Casa Mare Nostrum is a luxury villa, located in Punta de la Mona. Entirely renovated, it offers modern and spacious rooms. In addition, an impressive panoramic view of the bay of La Herradura.
An ideal place for a family vacation!

We have just installed a heat pump that keeps the pool at 28C!

Casa Mare Nostrum in La Herradura, offers you the quality of vacations by the sea, with the tranquility of a house among the pines! The restaurants, shops and the beach are one km away, you can walk down, but we recommend the car since it is a hilly road and loaded with bags and in the heat it is not pleasant.

The completely renovated house has open spaces connected to each other. The living room has a fireplace open on two sides and connected to the fully equipped modern kitchen, which has access to a terrace and the porch and garden.
3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (large showers) one of them en suite. All this in an area of 190m². In addition, a south-facing porch, very comfortable with barbecue, stove and awnings, and the pool terrace with stunning views, six sunbeds, two umbrellas and awnings on all windows.

The maximum capacity of the house is 6 people:
3 double bedrooms + 3 shower rooms.

Casa Mare Nostrum

Lovely Villa, with amazing views. The kitchen was well equipped. Could have done with cushions on the sun loungers, and because of the trees, the pool could do with a cover.

Great villa in a fantastic place!

What an amazing villa and location! The pool area and the view are fantastic and everything is very new and this kitchen very well equipped. The only slight down side was that the property was a bit dusty as I think we were the first visitors of the season (this in no way stopped us enjoying every minute)

Belle propriété avec magnifique vue

Cadre magnifique en surplomb de la baie. Piscine et terrasse très bien orientées. Quelques petits ré-investissements comme des lumières extérieures rendraient cette maison exceptionnelle. Très beau cadre pour des vacances loin des foules et en famille!
