The house is modern, spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The decor combines some antique pieces with modern furniture.

70m2 apartment plus 36 m2 spread over two beautiful sun-drenched terraces, where you will enjoy the sun from the first ray of sunrise to sunset.

All rooms of the house, including kitchen and bathroom have access to the terraces.

Large living room, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower. Room 1, with double bed (1.60) Extra comfortable. Room 2, very bright with two comfortable single beds (0'90). Room 3 at the top, with a comfortable single bed (0'90). The third room is accessed by a convenient staircase, with a few shallow steps. All rooms have closets.

This apartment will make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Street and surroundings are free parking area, where you will always find somewhere to park. If you come by car, this location will save you a lot of money on parking.

The center and the beaches of Ondarreta and La Concha are 1.5 km. The walk is a delight and you can enjoy views over the bay of La Concha.

Bus stop 50 m. From home. Two lines at the center, with frequencies every 15 min. If you take the bus, you are in the city center in 10-15 min.

Train station nearby (topo) 10 min. walking.

Alternatively, a taxi from the center costs between 7 and 10 €.

You will have all the facilities to prepare a good breakfast at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: coffee maker, kettle, toaster. I'll let coffee, tea, cocoa, milk, sugar, butter, jam ...

If you are over breakfast outside, you have a great cafe 50 meters. open from 7 in the morning, where you can also buy newspapers, bread and fresh pastries home.

I'll stay with you to give you the apartment keys.

The ideal entry time is between 15:00 and 17:00; if you arrive outside these hours please let me know. We will be in phone / email contact for synch power and that everything is ready on arrival.

Upon arrival I will explain everything you need to know to enjoy your stay and will make the recommendations you want to visit and enjoy my city.

After the reception I'll let you enjoy your stay calmly. For what you need, I'll phone available and always happy to help.

In addition to Spanish and Basque, I speak English, French and German, so we will not have trouble communicating.

I have lived all my life in San Sebastian so I can provide you all the information you need for your stay, advice, restaurant recommendations, routes, places to visit, etc.

To help you on your visit, you will have maps and brochures of the city available when you arrive.

You will love our sunny and spacious penthouse going to the outside. A modern, spacious home, fully equipped with all you need to ensure a comfortable stay. The decoration combines modern furniture with some antiques.

Lovely, sun-filled apartment

We loved Ana and her apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and great for families, and it's easy to walk downhill to get to the beach or to take a bus (the stop is right around the corner). The terraces are gorgeous, and Ana is very helpful in making the stay a success. Highly recommend!

L'appartement a été très bien soigné et ils l'ont laissé absolument propre avant de partir. Des invités que je recommande vivement, vraiment le type de famille que l'on aime avoir chez soi!
