This spacious apartment is in a great location close to bars, shops and restaurant in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen. Set in the quiet complex of Colina Del Sol surrounded by beautiful communal gardens it is within walking distance to the old town down and everything that the resort has to offer, Together with fantastic beaches, shopping centre, restaurants and much more it is the ideas spot for a great family holiday.

The apartment is spacious and welcoming and benefits from a large outdoor area to the rear with comfortable outside furniture.

The apartment consists of 2 good sizes bedrooms with en-suite to one, an open kitchen, dining and living room.

This centralised location is host to many bars and restaurants, shopping centre and an amazing beach 'Playa Chica', which is only a 5-10 minute walk away. Should you wish to stay closer to home though, there is a communal pool area, kids pool and pool bar on site.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults.

Property was ideal for our visit. Location was great too. Pool area ideal.

Weather was very nice for time of year. We had a very relaxing time to recharge our batteries and that is what it was about. Would definitely try for this apartment again in the future.

A real home from home

A fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need and more! Upon arriving we immediately felt at home and that we could relax and really start to our holiday. Paul is very attentive and has thought of everything to keep guest satisfaction a priority. From the cold beer in the fridge to the handy little notes around the apartment, its so much better than a hotel. For us, the best thing about this apartment was the spacious balcony where we spent most of out time. The surrounding area is nice and out the way of the hustle and bustle of the main boulevard, which is only a short 5-10 min walk. Pool area is only a few mins walk too. I would definitely recommend this apartment and I would love to come back sometime. Many thanks Paul :)

Perfect place to be

We have just returned after spending nine wonderful days at this fabulous apartment. The apartment has everything you need and more. Communication with Paul was very good. Good communal pool area which we found to be lovely and quiet.

We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely clean spacious apartment - loved it

Just back from a lovely stay at this apartment - would deffo recommend it - it was like home from home. Lovely and clean - big double balcony that gets the sun all day with a lovely view out to sea - seen a few cruise liners go by. Apartment is in a complex but it has the advantage of being tucked away in the corner when you first come into the complex - so don't hear any traffic noise. Lots of helpful notes left around the apartment for you. Thanks Paul - will deffo be coming back Diane x

Perfect stay in Lanzarote

Perfectly situated between old town and new town, 10 minute walk and you are by the sea, apartment very quiet and away from busy streets with sea views, loved the balcony and the apartment had everything you needed, would highly recommend

This property is fantastic. Like home to home. 10 min walk to old town and the same to beach. And as for Paul nice little touches such as milk sugar tea bag and even beers 😃 Would defiantly recommend this place for couples and family's
