Please note that in high season, 17 june - 8 september, it is only possible to rent the house on weekly basis, changeover day saturday.
Our beautiful, intimate cabins with grass roofs are surrounded by oak trees in the very attractive area between Skåne and Halland. Here you’ll find the most beautiful nature, close to a lake, river and beach.
The house is built according to old craftsman traditions, and invites you to enjoy a cosy and comfortable holiday. The interior is open, bright and airy, and the rooms are comfortably furnished with good beds. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a room with 2 single beds.
In addition there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The house’s heart is the large kitchen/family room with a brick fireplace that is both warm and cosy.
The room’s 2 double patio doors open onto covered patio with lounge furniture and terrace with dining furniture and Weber grill. At dusk you can enjoy views of the beautiful countryside and forest with wildlife that can come right up close.
PS: Not that we think you will have time for it, but there is of course TV, with C more, which means a lot of good film and sports channels.

Location
All our houses are located in the same beautiful area in southern Sweden, in the loveliest natural settings. In spring, lilies of the valley spread their beautiful fragrance and in summer the forest is filled with wild raspberries and blackberries.
If there are several of you who want to go on holiday, enjoy Christmas or a company event together, it can be an advantage to rent several houses, so you can alternate between being together or having some private time.
Vallåsen
In winter there are opportunities to ski at Vallåsens ski resort. It is located just 4 km away.
Sjøalt
Sjøalt is a lake ideal for swimming, with beautiful water and jetty 5 km from the houses.
Flickorna Lundgren
Kullen and Mølle are certainly worth a visit. Drop by Flickorna Lundgren, where you can find the best cinnamon buns in Sweden.
Solbackens Wåffelbruk
Just outside of Båstad is a fine old bakery, where you can sit on terraces down the slope with a fine view over the water. Definitely worth a visit.
Hallandsåsen
Hallandsåsen is quite hilly: this is where bike enthusiasts will find wonderful routes with a variety of degrees of challenge, for both road cycling and mountain biking.
Laholms Golf
There are many opportunities to play golf in the area, for example, Laholms Golf is located 4 km away and nearby Ørkeljunga, Woodlands and Mølle all have stunning courses.
Hotel Skansen
If you get the urge to seek out civilisation, you can visit Båstad, about 18 km away, where during the summer the good cafés come to life; you can enjoy an ice cream at the port, dine at the exclusive Hotel Skansen, or swim at the sandy beach.
Höganäs
The area is also known for its fine ceramics, especially from Höganäs. In a large Outlet, one can find great bargains as well as good cafés.
