Welcome to IL GLICINE HOLIDAY HOME,

great and bright apartment of 110 sqm built in the early 1900s.

Completely renovated, very bright (endowed with 10 windows) and situated in a good position in one of the most beautiful avenues in Rimini, with cycle sidewalk, that directly takes to the sea. Also near the Old Town Centre, the Congress Palace and the Train Station. Parking any car in the street is easy and bikes can be safely parked in the exclusive private garden. Air conditioning in every room. New furnishings. Pets admitted.

#DETAILS:

The apartment is on the first floor and is composed by ample vain: kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with sink, WC, shower (without bidet). Third bedroom, with a single bed and a bunk bed, is an attic connected by a spiral staircase to the living room. In every part of the vain (except the bath) there is available air conditioning. The kitchen is endowed with dishes. There are a TV, Stereo Hi-Fi, DVD Reader, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Vacuum cleaner, Iron and Ironing Board, Dryer Rack and Hairdryer ready for use. If you have children a baby crib (in master bedroom), a high chair and a little baby tub are available in the apartment. There is a private garden for the exclusive use, equipped with table and chairs, which can also be used as a parking lot for bicycles or scooters.
