A fabulous GROUND FLOOR city centre apartment. Situated perfectly for access to all the major City attractions and many can be reached on foot. The Playhouse and Omi Centre is a short 10-15 minutes walk and a further 5 minutes walk would take you to Princes Street where you can enjoy Princes Street Gardens, the Scott Monument, Designer shopping at Harvey Nichols and world famous Jenners of Edinburgh and Waverly Train Station. There is an array of cafes and restaurants only a short stroll from the apartment and makes eating out an attractive option. Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, The Palace of Holyroodhouse, the Scottish Parliament Building are all within easy reach and although can be reached on foot, there is a great bus service just a short 1 -2 minute walk from the apartment.

After enjoying the sights and sounds of historic bustling Edinburgh, retreat back to your modern holiday home. There is a private balcony where you can enjoy relaxing in the evening or indeed have breakfast on before setting out for the day.

The apartment has FREE residents street parking around the apartment and also secure underground parking accessed by the use of a security fob. There is also FREE access to the gym based within Allanfield Place that contains all the usual equipment of running machines, bikes and weights.

The apartment has 1 Bedroom that includes 1 comfortable double bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and hair dryer. The modern open plan Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen includes a 40" Smart TV/DVD player with FREE WiFi and Freeview, table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen including microwave, fan assisted oven, electric hob, Large Fridge/Freezer and Washer/Dryer - Ideal for a longer stay. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, backing trays, kettle, toaster are all included and Egyptian Cotton towels are supplied.

We provide a meet and greet service to handover keys and show you around the apartment. Please contact us regarding your arrival to allow us to arrange a suitable meet and greet time. There is a welcome pack that contains Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Milk and Snacks. Also washing powder, washing up liquid, cling film, tinfoil and other bits and bobs are included to make your stay as fabulous as possible!

Note: The apartment is set in a lovely quiet spot in Edinburgh and is ideal for couples (2 guests only) and therefore strictly no parties or smoking.

Excellent

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh. The apartment is modern, well presented, with good parking facilities, and the welcome pack is a nice touch. Although in a quiet location it is excellently situated , with ample local facilities on the doorstep, and with Edinburgh being a compact city, walking to the main attractions is easy, Holyrood being only 10 minutes away. There is a plethora of good bars and restaurants in Edinburgh, which we did our best to try in our short stay. We will certainly look to use this apartment again when we next visit Edinburgh.

Very impressive

We had an very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this apartment. Suan and Mark were extremely helpful. It had everything you could possibly want while you are on holidays. It was a lovely surprise to also a welcome pack of necessities which was very helpful as our plane was delayed and we arrived late.The apartment is in an ideal location not far from the center of Edinburgh. We wished we could have stayed longer.

A home away from home with super hosts!

The apartment was very nice and clean with everything a traveler would need. Well equipped kitchen. Smart TV allowed me to access my YouTube and Netflix accounts. Loved having a bathtub to soak in after a day of sightseeing. Great to be a short walk to bus stops and shopping. Susan and Mark went above and beyond to accommodate me. A+ hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

A really nice place, it has everything you need and just a quick walk to all the sites. Very quiet in the night which was good, Susan was very helpful, would definitely stay here again.
