- Por favor respeite os vizinhos e a casa que compartilhamos consigo;
- Evite o barulho das 22h00 até às 09h00;
- Não inclua hóspedes na estadia sem estarem devidamente identificados e incluídos na reserva feita, o check in poderá ser recusado caso a reserva feita não coincida;
- Esperamos de si um comportamento cuidadoso e responsável, e que desfrute do nosso Apartamento com o mesmo respeito que nós o/a recebemos;

- Não é permitido Fumar dentro do Apartamento, se és Fumador/a aproveita a espaçosa Varanda enquanto aprecias as tranquilas vistas para a Serra/Cidade, e usa os cinzeiros para o efeito;
- Desligue as Luzes e Equipamentos Eléctricos sempre que saíre de casa;
- Caso ocorra algum incidente durante a estadia comuniquem-nos de imediato;
- O Apartamento é sujeito a uma vistoria com a tua presença antes e depois do aluguer, caso não exista nenhum dano o valor da caução não será debitado.
