Our beautiful stone house of the 19th century is located on the town protected and classified of Regnéville-sur-Mer, one of the jewels of the west coast of the Channel! Ideally located in the quiet hamlet of Urville, it has an enclosed garden walls of 600m², with fruit trees. The large living room on the ground floor of more than 50m², offers an open space very pleasant in summer and winter, where the stone stove will warm you in minutes! The garden : The garden is very quiet and pleasant. It offers the possibility of breakfast on the terrace (with umbrella). Fenced, ideal for sunbathing or playing with children. The situation : The environment is very quiet. The house offers a "configuration" campaign, being located just a few hundred meters from the beautiful haven of Regnéville, 10 minutes from the beaches of Hauteville - Annoville, and 15 minutes of Agon.
