Bright and new apartment, with new furniture, is to Avesa, one of the most charming old towns of the city, the streets of pebbles and views on the old buildings make the magical atmosphere. The apartment is very comfortable and consists of 2 large double bedrooms, one with en suite, 2 bathrooms one with shower and the other with bathtub, a beautiful and large kitchen equipped with all the equipment, furnace microwave, living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV and satellite channels. Air conditioning, free WIFI, iron and ironing board and two hair dryer. We also arranged to accommodate younger guests with two beds and two high chairs. Three balconies overlooking the hills.

You will, in a very quiet and safe and at the same time you can reach the historic center and the Arena di Verona in only 10 minutes by bus.

Under the house, there are: pharmacy, great bakery, tobacconist, newsagent and small market. Within the immediate vicinity you will find two good pizzerias and a typical restaurant. Avesa is only 30 minutes from Lake Garda and Gardaland, a 15-minute drive also Aquardens spas and Valpolicella. If you are fond of nature, numerous walks start from here on foot or by bicycle. The proximity to 'Borgo Trento Hospital, makes comfortable our home, even people with family or admitted to graduate.
