About the property

A contemporary newly renovated apartment located in the heart of the city and within walking distance of Liverpool one shopping centre,the Albert Dock,Echo arena and conference centre,Matthew st Beatles quarter,all major bars, restaurants, bus and train stations.

The private balcony boasts a huge 60' x 30' area and has views of the square shaped trees situated in the plaza below,which is the enterance to the Italian restaurant underneath the apartment. The food is very good and reasonably priced. Only one of many top rated restaurants within easy reach of the centrally located apartment. Although a lot of bars and restaurants are only a couple of streets away the apartment doesn't suffer the usual noise problems which you would normally associate with city living.

The apartment has a king sized bed in the bedroom and 2 double sized sofa beds in the living room. There's a fully functional kitchen complete with a cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. Also included are 2 led TVs,an iron, ironing board,Hoover,hair dryer, all towels and bedding. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The main enterance is accessed via an electronically operated door system which accommodates only two other apartments on the block.
