About the property

My place is close to Worcester, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cheltenham, Cotswolds, Malvern Hills, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining, great views. You’ll love my place because of Country walks, pubs and convenience store on the doorstep, superfast broadband, mature garden, the ambiance, the outdoor space, the neighbourhood. The house is good for families (with kids), and big groups.

Why The Owner chose Malvern Hills

The Space

Light and airy with three large reception rooms, Stratford House will easily accommodate a large group and allow separate areas for example for kids to play. The feel is clean and modern, recently decorated and with pet friendly wooden flooring downstairs and new bathrooms and carpets upstairs.

The front garden is enclosed with high hedges and can be secured with double gates on the driveway.

Guest Access

Access to the house and gardens is full except for loft areas.

Dogs must be kept to rooms with wooden flooring please.

No access is possible to garage.

Interaction with Guests

We will be available via mobile to assist with any issues and a caretaker is available within the village.

The Neighbourhood

The village of Upton Snodsbury is small but charming with it's 13th Century church and chocolate box cottages, it's well worth a walk around.

There is a play area in the village (5 mins walk) - Upton Snodsbury Park. The park has a children’s play area, a petanque court, a five-aside football area, three bicycle humps, a shelter, benches, picnic tables, paths and a small car park. There is also a wild area which may be turned into an environmental area eventually, but is currently very popular and being used for den building and other non-organised play.

Just across the road is a pedestrian lane leading to a football field and beyond miles of woodland and country trials perfect for safe walking or biking accessible all year round .

Spetchley Gardens (fairs, plants, spectacular historical re-enactments) is just five minutes drive or a long walk away. Crome Gardens (National Trust) is a short drive.

The location of Stratford House is great for access to the whole region.

There is so much to see and do locally - to the south and east Worcester Cathedral / Pershore Abbey both with beautiful riverside attractions, pretty Evesham, the gateway to the Cotswolds area of outstanding natural beauty. Also classy shopping in Cheltenham and historic Gloucester a
