The House consists of ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor and a porch (covered during the winter) of 60 mq overlooking a large garden. Ideal for who want to relax or organize a party with friends, or a amusing barbecue!
The 6 bedrooms are over two floors can accommodate up to 12 people, on each floor there is a bathroom.
One of the most beautiful corners of the house is the living room where, thanks to a complete renovation and the mix of stone and wood of the interior, the spaces become filled with warmth and romance.
A fully equipped kitchen allows to prepare culinary delights can be enjoyed in the dining room next to the long wooden table (up to 12 seats).
Ideal for families, groups of friends and couples who want to spend time in a fantastic valley and enjoy our hospitality.
Your pets are also welcome, all in complete safety thanks to the fully fenced perimeter.

Guests have exclusive access to all areas:

1st FLOOR: 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, bathroom, pellet stove in the lobby;
2nd FLOOR: 3 bedrooms each with double bed, bathroom with shower, 1 pellet stove in the lobby (the rooms of the 2nd floor are accessible only if the number of guest required > 6);
PORCH of 60 mq with comfortable seating and tables, dining table for 30 people;
POOL with hot shower and deckchairs;
LUMBER-ROOM;
BBQ AREA with roof, also habitable in case of rain;
GARDEN: availability of hammocks and chairs for relax moments, children's play area with slide and swings.

Pool available only during the summer season (15st June - 15th September).
